Sorry to hear that. I've had 3 pkgs arrive within 1O days between thxgiving and xmas. All singapore post. I was impressed. No tracking, no notice of delivery until after it arrived, as usual. Wonder what's up?

Oh, your in Canada. I've read reports of some shipments having difficulty getting across the border. I hope that's not the issue.

My first order left China just over a month ago but I ordered batteries. I heard that batteries are what takes forever. Do you know if this is true?

I have a big order ready to go, but won't reorder until my intitial order lands. At this pace my reuleaux RX200 will be obsolete before I even touch it. I had to buy another one as I got sick of waiting.

Problem is we can't tell Sing post don't track here, last time you can see any thing is sing post says it landed in In Canada.
We really lost out when E-Packet stop from FT before 20 days in transit was normal tracked all the way through with Canada post and straight delivery to the mail box no card for pick up at post office.
Now 30 to 45 days is normal no track with Canada post and stupid white card in the mail box for pick up at Post office

Never tried batteries from FT, Don't really trust them enough
If you can find a website from the US with decent shipping rates like 8 to 12 bucks.
Some times it's better to go with them
Vapenw and sweetvapes are 2 there prices aren't much more than FT and no 13% HST
I'm sick of waiting a month and a half for my stuff

Split your upcoming order up. Free shipping remember. Send it different methods. Some will get here a lot quicker and some will take 6 weeks.

Didn't anybody tell you that at christmas you just double the amount of time for the mail. You can get some tracking info of the CP website. Just put the number in twice and it will give the last scan time.

I have one stuck in that time frame as well. Some where in the dungeon of customs most likely. I received 2 packages on friday the shipped just before christmas so any holdup is not at fastechs end.

Double the shipping Time? Really, only from China! I received a package from Evolv and 1 from Ireland in a reasonable amount of time during the Christmas Rush
FT's Shipping has been painfully Slow! since they dropped E-Packet Shipping to Canada
For me any way Christmas rush or not 6 weeks + in the vaping world, many products are obsolete in less time than that.

If you can use expedited battery shipping, do it. There's a thread on FT forums reporting it's faster and no batteries are required. I'm not sure what triggers that option. I looked for it on my last order and it was greyed out.

FT is in Hong Kong. I ordered from 3FVape and they used China Epkt. There was very good tracking. My order arrived in US in 4 days, then sat in customs for another week. But that may work out better for you.

I think it is only shipping to Canada that is affected. I am having the same issue. I order a lot and every order is now at least 3 weeks or more in shipping. I agree about the e-packet shipping. It was great.

My last order had a transit time of 10 days after shipment: 5 days to get to Chicago from China and 5 days to get to Grand Rapids, a 110 miles away. They are now shipping from mainland China, but not HK. The Singapore route was really a pain. They may have found the right official to bribe.

Those acrylic racks are really nice and solve a big storage problem. Worth looking into!! Just be careful on the size holes you order.

I absolutely love the 3 different Kayfun lite clones I ordered, easy build and great vape. The fourth, a Taifun, is a little trickier, but still a very good vape. I was amazed at the machining quality. The only thing, though, is soak them in Vodka overnight to get rid of the machine oil taste and make sure you blow out all of the holes with compressed air. I mean all the holes, from the coil connectors to air holes.

There have been complaints that the juice channels in the base were poorly machined. Those channels are absolutely critical to the wicking of the Kaifun, but mine were well cut. These all wick like beasts. I have one on cotton with a micro coil, one on silica, and one on ekowool. For the first time, I cannot really determine which one I like best, but I need to try them with the same juice.

The Kraken that did work set up very easily. It was the easiest genny I have ever built. Maybe I am getting more proficient at it, but it too gives a very good vape. I think the air chamber size and shape have a lot to do with how well gennies vape. This is way better than my Cobra clone, Aga T+, or RSST.

Another surprise, I returned a TeK flashlight mod and two Kraken clones. The Tek stopped working after a few days, and one Kraken had the infamous internal short problem and the other had a short 510 connector. I filed a ticket, returned the items to their Miami location and got a credit for the postage (rare with any supplier, the customer generally ends up eating the shipping cost on returns).

Been waiting forever for restocking and had given up hope on my replacements. They made it out yesterday before the Chinese New Year shutdown!!!! Joy and jubilation!!!!

Fasttech is a tinkerer's paradise. The aga's were like $ 40 when they first came out (FT $13), the Cobra's($DID clone) $30 (FT ~$10), and the Kayfuns are half the price of domestic. I can play without breaking the bank. If you need something in a hurry, go elsewhere.

Not going to sub ohm though; tried it and almost gagged on a friend's. Not to mention the safety concerns.

IDK if this is the case, I do know they send every thing as a "gift from Mr Chin" So no import fees.
My theory is with there gifts and poor reputation for the package contents CP has put a low priority on there deleveries? Just a theory

I ordered just a drip tip and a 5-pack of Kanger Aerotank coil heads. I received an email from Fasttech stating that this small order was 'shipped' back on 5 Dec via 'International Airmail' (with tracking number not purchased).

It's now 11 Jan, and I still have not received this order at my home in Florida.

You would think that 'airmail' (as in airplane) would be faster than if it was put on a boat! ... A boat don't even take a month and a week to get here!

I am thinking that Fasttech was lying to me when they said that my order was mailed on 5 Dec.

That is weird. I have ordered batteries from FT three times and each time they have sent them using Sweden Post. That takes forever!!! Definitely need patience.
