If you are talking 18,19,20 year olds, too bad, so sad. Nic IS going to be the same as tobacco age wise even under the Cole-Bishop amendment.
18-20 years olds should have known they were on borrowed time.

Aug 8 isn't far away.

What are all these states that are planning on stopping these shipments in less than 8 weeks from now?
Not this, Oh, it's the same as cigarettes now. What States Have Said NONE ECigs after 8/8?
Bruce in Ocala, Fl
Maybe you should re read my post. Not once did i say any state has said no ecigs, but several states do have no online tobacco sales and no shipping on tobacco products.Maybe you have missed all the info out there, but as of August 8,2016 all vapor products will be classified as tobacco products. So,what does this mean?It means that if someone is caught trying to have a tobacco product shipped to them, they are in violation of their states law.

Theres been discussion in the Not Blowing Smoke facebook group. The NBS page has a timeline. The min age of 18 goes into effect nationwide which requires point of sale age verification. Venders are trying to get it set up now. Theres been discussion on delivery verification too and I'm not sure whats required or not. I know some are doing ... can't renenber what it's called where the person ordered is the only one who can sign, voluntarily as a cya. I guess some hefty fines are in place. I would think deeming regs would be clearer on some of these things, but I guess not. I don't see much conversation about it, but the shipping regs alone could eliminate a lot of the market. Feel free to double ck my understanding. I'd love to be wrong. That's why I'm asking.

ATF would be enforcing. Who knows how onerous they will be but its a reason to stop pkgs without age verification.

I've seen a number of places stop shipping to cali until they can set up for it. The law went into effect sooner than vendors could prepare.

I think there's 3 states now that haver some limitation and some like Indiana has regs so stuff that no one can comply. A defacto ban.

Remember, they only had 499 pages to hold the regulations. They were bound to cut any helpful stuff to keep it under 500.

Please show me where Any state has specifically said that they will cease accepting shipments of Ecigs and/or will be inspecting for them starting 8/8. It is just Your Complete Guess that is the case.

I haven't missed "all the news". I also haven't missed all the sky is falling, wild ... guessing as to what calamity is upon us. <Eyeroll>

There is making educated thought out predictions based on common knowledge Facts.
And there is making wild ... guesses that only flame more wild ... guesses. These are the people who get The Most PO'd when someone asks them to back up what they say.

There's been way too little of the first and way too much of the 2nd.

You would need to join the FB group for Not Blowing Smoke and read the discussion. It's not an amateur group guessing. Many have had lawyers looking over regulations. The law may say one thing but enforcement is another thing and no one knows until it goes into effect.

Theres also the question of how some states will interpet the law since many include do not allow tobacco imported due to PACT, like AZ. Now ecigs are considered tobacco so it would be a minor regulatory change to prohibit ecigs too. In AZ that can mean jail time. I don't think that's an imaginary guess.

Folks, I have bought three orders from Fastech, the last being the Avocado 24 if you use their free postage then alas it takes a month of Sundays to get to me and I have had two parcels lost in transit. They arrived ok into Au but then AU post f....d up some how. I now use their EMS international express postage and get my orders in less than 10 days. Indeed EMS is slightly more expensive for a single item, I wait till I need a few goodies, like with my last order I got the tank, some excellent Glass Bottles with pippette drippers and a lot of various coils I needed and no problems. I also deal with another company in China called HiLiq and there I do the same and their stuff comes to me by DHL. The only issue I have with any parcel delivery from O/S is damned Au Post. For instance, EMS is international Express Post...correct...When the damn parcel arrives in Au and is cleared by customs the blasted AU post on forwards it by ROAD FREIGHT....Excuse me? I paid for express Air Freight. Its now the overseas senders fault. Be it Fastech or any one else you wish to deal with. If the parcel has to come to you by post then you can rest assured that the stuff up will be our end., i.e. Australia Bloody Post. I have had this debate with them and now whenever I contact an overseas supplier I ask two questions.

(1) Do you accept PayPal
(2) How much for DHL shipping

Dhl deliver to my door from China by their own couriers in less than a week and no screw ups with Au Post.

Regards Acer.

Hello fastechians, it's been a while since I have checked in here. I have a friend who wants to do some deeming prep and get his first RTA. He is a MTl low voltage guy and I think a Kay fun would fit his needs. Can I get some SKU recommendations on what kay-fun clones are in favor on the fastech pages these days.

Thanks folks.
