My understanding is without a product code pkgs are refused. It used to be consumer electronics. Adding a code for vaping was new this month.

But cigarettes were grandfathered in and vaping wasn't. Cigarettes don't require being a manufacturer. That's the way I'm reading it. Idk.Cigarettes can still legally be imported for personal use IF the cigarettes/shipment meets all the required rules. Not saying all the rules are easy, but the point is that it is still legal to import cigarettes for personal use. Once they are in the US they can NOT be transported by the USPS because of the PACT Act.
My guess is that before the first of the year we'll see the updated regulations on importing our ecigs for personal use. I think that technically it will still be allowed, same as cigarettes, BUT not as easy as we've become used to. Until congress amends the PACT Act to include our ecigs, which it does not include now, it will remain legal to transport ecigs via the USPS.

True. I swear they wrote these regs to exclude everything but blu and vuse.Good point and we're all still searching for answers right now.
Vendors don't have to "register as a manufacturer" for the "finished tobacco products" that they import. They only have to register as a manufacturer if they import under the following condition:
"Only to the extent the importer repackages or otherwise changes the container, wrapper, or labeling of any tobacco product package."
So for personal use, if we don't do any of the things listed we wouldn't have to register as a manufacturer and could still import just like a vendor that doesn't do any of those things. (a vendor may still be a manufacturer for other reasons but if they are they still don't have to register the products they import unless they fit into the conditions listed)
Hit or miss is right.Ordered 2 Smartphones(Ships 3 days) and 2 Mini-sim holders(in-stock)
7 days and still in Restocking on Both items............................
Fasttech is getting more and more hit and miss.
Gearbest Freaked me out and shipped an order in 24hrs. - usually takes a week minimum.
GB doesn't count until it's in your hands.Ordered 2 Smartphones(Ships 3 days) and 2 Mini-sim holders(in-stock)

I agree,3F is great, especially if the items you get are in the ships in 24 hours section.A few other places i use if Ft doesn't have what i'm looking for is Focal and Desire.A lot of the stuff at Focal says ships in 3-7 days, but i have had a few ship faster,Desire has shipped in 24 hours or less on all 4 orders i've done through them. One order from GB did me in. Meh. No cs. My alternative has been 3F, esp for aspire. I don't know how they do it but my order with them hit stateside in 4 days and daily tracking. I kept waiting for someone to pinch me and wake me up since that couldn't be real. It was though. FT is still more accessible, feedback, reviews, forums, but having a no. 2 is nice.

I had actually found them by desperation about a year ago haha.I was looking for something and couldn't find it at any vendor i usually used,so googled the item, and ran across them.I was leary about trying them because i had never heard anything about them, but haven't had any issues.Desire? That's a new one for me.
That means they are out of stock on that item, and they are expecting to have it back in stock on Sept. 6,they may get it sooner though,i just had a few items in mine that said eta of 9/2 show up early and got shipped out today. What is ETA? I assumed it was the shipping date, but it keeps changing. I had am item with ETA of today and now it says ETA of Sept 6... Does that mean the first ETA was ship and this is the delivery ETA or does it mean that somehow they are 6 days behind on shipping and wont even ship until the 6th?
I ordered two things a day apart and the first has been shipped for 5 days now. Why would the second take so long just to pop in the mail?
Thanks
