In Australia when taking the 'free shipping' method I can wait over 1.5months for an item. If I pay the small fee of $1.60 (roughly) for an Australian shipping method my orders arrive in 8-10 days with a working tracking number. I never go free shipping anymore. Like yourself always choose an alternative shipping method.
Thanks. My needs are simple, really. I don't vape that much & still like the Ego batteries & plain old clearomizers. I'm appalled at FT's customer service or should I say lack thereof. As I may have already mentioned, I paid an extra $2.45 for expedited shipping & they have consistently ignored any reference to it when I ask for a refund on at least that part of my order. The order was placed on February 23rd & wasn't shipped until March 10th which IMO doesn't seem expedited. :/
My order just shipped in two, my nectars I bought said would ship in 3 days has been pushed back and back, still has not shipped.... FT limbo is the game I'm playing now!

Yeah, two weeks is my limit with FT. I ordered 2 tanks at CNY but cancelled them both two weeks later when FT kept pushing the date out as to when they would have them in stock (actually, one was showing "Discontinued"). When I ordered them they were both showing In Stock

So I have a FT order currently out for delivery. For this order, I opted for the standard free shipping instead of paying the extra buck for the faster option. Order placed 3/19, shipped 3/20, delivered 3/28. Eight days from shipment to delivery compared to the three-four weeks when paying for faster shipping.
It may just be a one time thing, and I'll try again next time I place an order. But I think it's pretty interesting that this shipment was so much faster than all the others I've paid for.

I have an order placed on the 19th and I did opt for the faster shipping for $1.86. My order for some reason got split into 4 separate packages three have shipped still sitting in Beijing and the last is scheduled to ship on the 30th. That faster ship option always ends up being longer Transit time then the regular ship option???
How often do you guys have FT cancel items from your order because they are discontinued? It's happened to me 4 times in the last 2 months, where it says I'm stock at the time of order and then a week later saying it's discontinued and would I like credit or refund.

It must be a special talent you have. Never happened to me.
I have had items cancelled 3 times in 3 years. All 3 times I was refunded without issue or allowed to choose a different color of the same item.
I have two occasions I have purchased something and they shipped but a week later the items were discontinued.
I have only had one order where item was out of stock and I chose to get something else instead.
