Is it common for coils arrive with the blister packs popped open in the envelope?

Just received 5 could and every one of them were popped out in the back. To be fair the aluminum foil backing is thin, just thought odd all of them had been pushed out.

Indeed rather odd. Any indication Customs may have opened the package?

My thots exactly.....had a starter pack delivered and one of the spare coils was popped.....I just put it to shipping and packages pressed against each other ....that caused so much force to pop the tin seal.....anyways it's fine if you examine the coil for defects or signs of pre-use......trust me...it will be obvious...

Looks like shipping, but that bothers me as well.

I know it sounds picky but I prefer my items to arrive unopened. Shipping handling or not.

Use CAPS, on some items MAP cannot be applied though.

The mobile site doesn't seem to like any coupon codes, for some reason. Switch to the "full site" if using mobile, or use a computer, and it should work again.

Note MAP is short for "manufacturer's advertised price" and only works on certain items they're not "allowed" to show the "true" price for. I think the code PRICECONTROL applies the same discounts to the same items. They recently had a sitewide 10% off sale for Labor Day with code HARDWORK, but it doesn't appear to be valid anymore...

Never has happened to me either! I've mostly ordered CLR coils that come in boxes though. What kind of coils were they? Did they come with boxes?

Smok Baby Coils. Just 5 blister packs linked together.

Figured since I ordered 5 they'd be in a box, but nope.

Opened a ticket. I tried to be professional, and succeeded at first. Went a little south as I typed though. Haven't heard back.

I think they should have probably come in a box. Kinda funny they didn't. FT can be slow to get back sometimes - have patience.

Yeah, patience is something I need to work on. I've worked retail/order filling/management for years. I'd be ashamed of one of my people had done something like that.

It usually takes a day or 2 before the tracking will start to show anything,it will eventually show up on there though.

It's usually not too bad.My orders usually average 6-8 days from the day they ship to the time i have them in hand,occasionally 10 days but usually less.This will depend on shipping method chosen though,i always pay the extra .40 cents or whatever it is and get express epacket.

Oh,and by the way,now that you've taken the plumge,prepare yourself,you will likely be ordering from them ALOT haha.My first order was planned to be only a one time thing,but since then i have done probably 70 or more orders from a few different Chinese vendors,you just can't beat the prices.

A while back i did have 1 package from another vendor go through Miami,and it seemed like forever haha.All of my Ft stuff is always Chicago and they are quick most of the time,i have had a few take a while to get through,but out of 60+ orders,i think there have only been maybe 3 that took longer than usual.It's funny,i have heard horror stories about New York too,but i had a package from Italy go through there last week,and it was in and out very fast.
