can any body tell me which battery is better option for SVD
flat top or nipple top?

They all work. Thats part of the SVD charm. I use all three sizes of batteries in mine that I know I can use in it. 18350, 18500, 18650 ( I think maybe I have an 18490 or something also, I may be wrong about that one). I have mostly flat tops because they tend to be cheaper so I bought them at FT, but I have a couple of AW 18650's with the top cap or "nipples" on them also. In other words, they all work.

i have a vamo and i have to always use a 510 to ego adapter to use vivinova.
if i dont use the adapter, vivinova pushes the center post down and i have to pull it up its the only prob that i have with vamo
one of the ecf member i think its kiwivap i dont remember has posted a pic vivinova flush mounted on to SVD it was looking awesome
does SVD also have a vamo kinda center pin?

I have one original Vamo, and one V2 Vamo. I have never had any trouble with them, just have to use adapters. I don't tighten things down too tight though. I like the SVD better. A lot more versatile more options, and features. I don't know about the center pin. It is same as all 510 , Ego type connections. The SVD is very well constructed, high mod.

Moving it forward for every one just tuning in to our fun filled program:

FastTech Misses. Some reported items to think twice about. Carrot Emperor (Buyer Beware)

YMMV

-This vivi clone is a dog: run away https://www.fasttech.com/search?1314100

-These CE6 clearos have been reported hit or miss by several. The ones I got with a battery were fine but the six pack gives a nasty taste. https://www.fasttech.com/p/1305000

-These 650 mAh batteries have been reported to be poor performers $23.87 650mAh Rechargeable Battery for E-Cigarette (4-Pack) 4-pack - for Q3 / Q4 / Q6 / Q7 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

-Several of the 50 ml needle tip bottles have reported to leak or the needle slips or comes off and it does not lock on. Luer lock tops do not fit.

-From user Hughthehand " https://www.fasttech.com/products/1360004 My Vivi Nova V7 comes with horrible burnt tasting heads. The body is really nice with a great finish so it is a nice buy if you don't mind replacing/rebuilding the heads that come with it. I really like mine with my rebuilt heads."

-These Protanks $6.92 X9 Protank Atomizer with Plastic Tank (2.5ml) - translucent / 2.5 are ABS plastic clone and assumed that tank crackers will get them. Fastech does sell real protanks and list them as Kanger Protanks (but they are often out of stock) $10.28 Kanger Protank Clearomizer with Pyrex Glass Tank (2.5mL) - silver / 2.4

If people post things that DON'T work out I will add it to this list and re-post it every so often.

I think people could use a bump from your post as well Nip. Lot's of new folks trying to navigate that super user friendly experience known as the FastTechs search function.

My FT evod (just grabbed 1 to test, Red) had no nasty tastes (did fully clean) and vapes well, but seems to slowly leak outta the bottom no matter what.

These mini-vivis $3.52 Mini VIVI NOVA Detachable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer (2.0mL) - green at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping seem to have a slightly different design to the top cap than these $3.49 Mini VIVI NOVA Detachable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer (2.0mL) - translucent at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping, the inner hole and lip that pushes against the rubber topper on the ato is larger on the green(possibly all colored ones), making them much more likely to leak after reassembly.

Got one of these $15.75 EGO-CE4S Twist 3-in-1 USB Rechargeable 650mAh Electronic Cigarettes Set - black / 2.7 in my recent FT order, DID NOT WORK outta the package, had to use a dremel to remove very hard residue/glue from battery connector pin before it would charge/fire., although once fixed it works quite well. Also note the battery is branded 'eGo-CTwist' which is not visible in the pictures.

Got 5 of the 10ml bottles, seem fine, though 1 had its needle pushed thru the stopper/plug.

I did the same also, ordered the SS VAMO v2, the PD's and the Nitecore I2, basically making my own kit up. Now, it just needs to gets here!!!

Note: built my kit myself, because I wanted the PD's, and you can't get that as part of their premade kits. The kits have been out for a little while, the ones w/ the CH's.

I chose the i4 because I am a gadget guy. I also ordered a flashlight that uses 18650s. I wanted to be able to charge 4 batteries at a time.

Dang it... Too late to apply the code! Maybe next time, if I get more batteries from them.

I should have clarified that the BFL code works on batteries, chargers, flashlights
This will take off some of the hit by opting out of a "kit"

.

Someone at a vape shop showed me why these leak... and told me all of them are like this......an easy fix.... (says he had rto fix this before he sells them.

Look at the white silicon/rubber washer on the bottom of the coil assembly. You have to LOOK CLOSE. You will see that every one of them from FT (the evod head) has the lower o ring that is not quite seated right. ( this is the o ring that is on the opposite end from the part you hold onto, to screw the replacement assy on with. There will be one little section of the o ring that sticks up ever so slightly. Put your fingernail or a tiny straight head screw driver or something like that on it and seat that o ring. You may have to wiggle it around a bit.

With that being said, I have had one evod from them that is leaking in the tank itself.

That would explain why my Fasttech vivis leak half as much as they did before. All I did was rebuild the stock heads. I probably got that ring on there better

Does anyone have any feed back on the nimbus clones? I see they both have additional air holes which is great so I won't have to drill them out or add like with an Igo-L
I don't have the one with 3 holes. I have the one with 1 hole. I drilled it out and it works great.
Don't know if the 3 small holes work better.

On my question about the Vamo. I'll go with the SVD due to your recommendations and YouTube and tootle.
Thanks everyone.
