I'm done buying clearos and atty's from FT. They taste terrible and require boiling and/or re-wicking.

I'm not playing with the lack of standards in Chinese manufacturing any more. Who knows what that nasty ... taste is they soak their wicks in...

The mech mods are cool, im buying them 2 & 3 at a time. but anything that touches e-liquid IMO is messed up.

YMMV... Just my .02

You do realize you can't vape at all anymore now, right?
My friend, with very few exceptions, if you don't make it on your own lathe, it's Chinese.

I might try these in the future

https://www.fasttech.com/products/0...ore-nl166-rcr123a-650mah-37v-rechargeable-lit

It would be nice to know how they hold up against AW's or EFEST batteries

Sorry this is off topic, but RTD Vapor has the XTar VP1 charger on sale for the cheapest I've ever seen it plus 5% discount on top of that with code ECF5

ANYONE who is using one of those dumb chargers that came with their MOD needs to take advantage of this and get a good charger on the cheap while the gettin is good...

Battery Chargers : Xtar VP1

It's jadeite or nephrite, both of which are commonly referred to as "jade". Obviously the tips are not 'gemstone quality' imperial jade, but Lydia was telling the truth - they are properly speaking 'jade'.

I love mine to - and plan to buy more - BUT - it is NOT a DRIP TIP!!! - the hole is too small for dripping - but it is a nice carto topper.

I've hesitated to ask this because I hate to look stupid. But, I can't put it off any longer.

Where do you see a button to put an item in your Wish List? I don't see it.

Jade or not. It is stone. Nice smooth, hard stone. I want!

just click the star while logged in. When it is yellow it is on your list.

Sorry if I appeared to be calling them 'drip tips'. I meant 'topper' or 'mouthpiece' or 'that thing you draw the vapour out with'.

I love mine, too. Very pretty look and nice feel.

When I was working in China in the 1990s, I used to collect all sorts of nice little objects in Jadeite, never expected them to be gemstone quality obviously, but just nice, shiny, pretty little things. :vapor:

You can call them what you like - we know what you mean. I think drip tip is universal in the vaping world now for mouth piece.

I'm going to pick up a couple of those jade drip tips now. Thanks for the heads up and the comments about them everyone.

Regarding clearos, after a couple of the CE6's i bought weren't up to my standards i decided to only buy iclear16's which have been great.

If you like carto tanks the pyrex dct ones work great with XL boge cartos, i'm using 3 of them right now and i couldn't be happier :)

which pyrex dct tanks are you referring to?

My iclear from FT isn't working at all. Screw it on and the fire light just stays engaged and its not firing. Worked for the first day but after that nothing. Seems to work better on the ego twists but the itaste and the MVP, nothing.

Ordered and svd from them and battery's. still need a charger but I might just get that stateside.

Those are the ones i was talking about, even if the cartos aren't that good i payed $10 for F16 poly cartotanks on a US vendor

Just ordered the Chi You clone and a Trident atomizer. I've fought the resistance to order one of the mechs for long enough..

I'm restraining myself from mechanics until i get my ithaka clone, i'll probably go for the smaller one to use with 18350's :p

Wow, huge bummer. I haven't had any issues with mine and I've had it apart more than a few times. The plastic tank is the only thing about it that I don't really like, but I haven't had any trouble with it at least.

I've read that the original Ithaka parts fit this... there's plastic and stainless steel tanks available:

Ithaka
