My iclear from FT isn't working at all. Screw it on and the fire light just stays engaged and its not firing. Worked for the first day but after that nothing. Seems to work better on the ego twists but the itaste and the MVP, nothing.

Ordered and svd from them and battery's. still need a charger but I might just get that stateside.

Same thing happened to me with the iClear 30 ... I ended up having to take it apart, and I carefully moved the coils around until it read an ok resistance. I would check yours with an ohm meter, it will probably read close to a dead short.

Got a vamo vivi nova from FT. Spent a few days with it trying to
get it to perform. Almost gave up. Then I realized the vivi nova coils from FT are crap.

I try not to buy direct from China. This time it bit me in the .... and cost me more then the real deal.

One thing is certain, China can do it cheaper.

So......performance wise, would one "Chi"
Be better than the other (stainless or brass)? I assume the brass would have less dropage, but I'm still learning about mechs. Thanks!
When a mech is offered in SS and brass as long as they both share the same brass contacts the performance should be the same.

So can anyone get to the bottom of the new Chi replica's on FT? Are these crappier versions made by tobeco or the quality fakes that are already floating around made by HCiger?

Sorry if I appeared to be calling them 'drip tips'. I meant 'topper' or 'mouthpiece' or 'that thing you draw the vapour out with'.

I love mine, too. Very pretty look and nice feel.

When I was working in China in the 1990s, I used to collect all sorts of nice little objects in Jadeite, never expected them to be gemstone quality obviously, but just nice, shiny, pretty little things. :vapor:

I really wasn't responding to your post, but just was putting out a warning because FASTTECK calls them 'DRIP TIPS' in there description and for us old timers, who still drip, knowing that these can't be used that way before ordering is important

Luckily, I, unlike many, am not exclusively a dripper, so can still get use out of it.

OMG...It's GREEN $14.24 Kamry X7 Mod E-Cigarette Battery Compartment - green at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
I want it!!!!!
Does this mod have the normal protections or do I need a fuse? (I know its variable voltage but I'm used tho the Vamos, Etc and it doesn't list any protection specs in the description)
Can I use IMRs in this mod?

God that's ugly.. and I kind of want one lol. It's not variable voltage, looks to be just a regular unregulated mod for 14500 batteries.

I would be concerned about the very short voltage range (3.7 - 4.2). Unless you are a total mech fan this seems an unusually narrow usage band. I could be being stupid here (and probably am) but I don't see how you could use it for more than an hour off a fresh battery under those limits, especially if 3.7 is a cut-off.

Please correct me if I've misunderstood what FT are saying about this device.

on my mech I can go a pretty long time almost 6 hours in that range.

If you view the status of your order you'll see what items are ready, the shipping notice is mailed a day after it comes out of packaging and you'll see a picture of your package on the status page.
Then another day or so till the tracking number actually works and it'll sit in hong kong for awhile.

Best to forget about your order for a bit and have a tea or beer.

Thanks for your feedback on the jade "drip tips". I am seriously considering getting one or two.

Has anyone bought one of these little dragon heads?
$3.08 Dragon Head Brass Cartridge Adapter Drip Tip for Vivi Nova Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

How are they? I hope they'll fit on a
$4.77 RDA Mini Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer (1.0mL) - 2.4 or $5.39 RDA Mini Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer (1.5mL) - 2.4

Having trouble deciding on dragons or skulls.. http://www.fasttech.com/products/1363800

For that price though I could just get 2 of each.. Black and Chrome.

The range is okeedokee with me..lately I have been vaping at around 8.0w so 3.7 - 4.2 volts with a 2.0 - 2.5 ohm carto is good....I don't mind the design. I like it because it is green :D
Its tough to find an emerald/kelly green mod....most of them are some odd lime colour :p
For 14.00 I will def check it out :thumb:
