Placed order on the 6th of this month and it said ready to ship, 5 days later got am email saying will ship in 2days. Today I get an email tracking saying it just shipped and is in Hong Kong post..... Fing people can lie I tell you, 11 days to package. Product they said they had in stock only to keep emailing me updates of lies. I ordered a couple things from hoosiervapes and had it in three days and an update every step of the way.... Mind you my last fasttech order never showed and I was out 55 bucks, I figuired I would give another shot since its so cheap and I will never order from them again! Be careful all they are shisty. Ps. Trying to decide if I should spend the 2k and book a trip over so I can personally take a dump on someone at fast techs desk or just spend the 55 and ship it over to them to try and serve the same purpose.

I didn't look to be sure. But I thought their Bagua was the 18350 one.

So telling me its in stock when its not, emailing me and saying its ready for ship twice and both times following up with another email saying it will be longer than expected. Then saying it was shipped on 15th and tracking shows it was added to Hong Kong post today 2 days after they said they did.... Nope not lies just fibbs I guess, right. Telling me something that I didn't want to hear was your attempt at a response. Telling me the day I ordered it could take an additional 10 days to ship would have been something.g I didn't want to hear bit would have accepted it.... Telling me multiple times it was out to ship when it was not and usps telling me that they said 15th but didn't get put in post to 17th is a LIE! Ofcourse you say tomatoe si say BS. Strapped

You realize they had a typhoon there recently right? May have possibly caused some of those delays... Just saying.
Well they might have had a typoon but still sent me emails saying its out to post and usps says no... a email saying its in post is not a big deal unless it didnt happen...just email and say we had a typoon it will be delayed I can understand but again they said it's out to post not we had a typoon which tells me if you can send an out for post you can send a typoon email... maybe I expect to much! Did you check Singapore or HK post? For them it might be that they'd sent it out already to their mail carrier. But USPS won't know the status until it hits the states.

I understand Strapped's confusion and frustration.
If an item isn't in stock, then any arrival date is just an estimate. That's uncertainty #1.
When an item is given to HK Post there's no telling how long it's going to take to get to the USPS. That's uncertainty #2.
When the item has to clear customs, there's no telling how long that will take, or if customs decides there's a problem, it might even go back! That's uncertainty #3 and #4 (when or even if).
It adds up to a heckuvalotta uncertainty!
However, on many items you're getting them for 50% of what you'd pay stateside. That's the trade-off. I find it acceptable. Others may not. C'est la vie.
