Thanx, yeah nothing is wrong with my seal. Just my Kanger T3s wont reach the post I guess it's down too low, so rather than try and pull it up and mess it up, I'm going to just get an adapter. I think that should remedy the problem...

Or gently pull down the post on the kangers... If its just one kind of attachment that wont work on a pv then usually its about the attachment being in need of adjustment. If its more than one kind then it is usually the pv centre pin is too low.

Oh it's a clone alright, Im vaping on the Kanger protank right now. Ft is saying there are slots at the base for flush mounting and the pics say otherwise. Just so you guys/gals are aware of that. Talk to you later, time for sleep. Have fun, happy vaping. Thanks!

I noticed that too, but it's nothing my dremel with router attachment can't handle. May even end up better since I'll have total control of the size of the air passage ;)

Hi, I've been using Vamo's for over 6 months now ands see this question come up for people.
NO 1 is an average. In real terms - it fires higher than the setting on the display. So, for example, you have a 2.6 ohm attachment (cartomizer or clearo), and set the Vamo for 7 watts. Instead of firing at 7 watts it fires at 9.7 watts - quite a difference. I didn't just make up those numbers - they are test numbers from tests done on Zmax's - which have the same chip as the Vamo. Some vapers like a harder hitting setting and use this - not that many tho.

In NO 2 mode, RMS, what you set on the display is what the Vamo will fire at.
So again, lets say you have a 2.6 ohm attachment and set the Vamo for 7 watts. In no 2 mode it fires at 7 watts. So its more accurate, and you don't get any unpleasant surprises from it firing higher than you wanted.

I can't remember what the setting is when it ships. Its very easy to change it tho. Just hold down one of the small buttons for about ten seconds until you see either NO1 or NO2 on the display. Whichever one you see is the one its on. So if you see NO1 hold one of the small buttons down until you see NO2. Then leave it there.

Hey,Kiwivap. what's up? yeah, I got it all figured out now. The only issue I'm having as I mentioned above, my Kanger T3s not making connection with the center post. Also, I think playing around, I might have overheated a couple of my coils because I was getting a really bad burnt taste on a CE4. I can't seem to get rid of the taste since it can't be opened up and cleaned well. And a couple other attys have a slight burnt taste, so I don't know if I need to just get some new heads or what, I'm still trying to get used to all the different products and combinations of products as well as now having to get used to what settings work well with what. If it wasn't for ECF I don't know what I would do!!!

I can adjust the attys?

I haven't used a T3 but I've done the same thing with cartos and a vivi on a different pv. Its a gently pulling down of the centre post - just a small amount. The piece inside the centre post that makes connection. Maybe some T3 users can give more info - it looks the same to me as far as the centre post connection goes. If all your attachments won't work then it the centre post on the pv that's a problem. But if its only T3s, and other things are ok - then I'd say adjust the T3s.

Pulling out the center connection on some of my T3s is required for contact with my eVic. I bought hemostats, and they work great for this purpose. DON"T PULL TOO FAR!!! A fraction of a mm is all it takes.

I thought I would give the Variable Voltage USB Passthrough Battery for E-Cigarette SKU 1353300 . It is non-functioning. Doesn't work at all and the cord is supper short. I would skip this item. I have opened a ticket on it and will give FT's customer service a test.

Is the cord not 2.5' long?

Have you tried more than one usb port? The reason I ask is my experience with the usb chargers. Sometimes the same charger works in the same usb port and sometimes it doesn't. If I change ports or go to another device (computer) the dang things will work. Then next time around they'll work in the one it didn't work in before. I'm kinda tech savvy but this one has me at a loss. One of those 'it is what it is' things.

EDIT for an afterthought:

Also, did you make sure to click the fire button 5 times to activate it? Most eGo type batts need to be on in order to charge.

Yes, it is 2.5' so it was as advertised however, that is not even long enough to reach from the usb to a sitting position. I have another pass through that I use a lot and just checking now, it is 5' long and just long enough to be comfortable to use in a sitting position. The 2.5' " might work for a lap top that you are sitting on top of but even then, I think the short cord is to restrictive to be comfortable to use.
