My package (with NO batteries or juice) has been sitting in "acceptance" for a week, and I'll update if I ever see any movement. I know patience is a virtue, but I want to bonk HK Post over the head.

All orders are being delayed, because all orders have to be x-rayed. Most are getting through. Even ones with eGo style batteries.

No problems appear when I log into Paypal. Cards are due to expire soon but are valid now, nothing past due.

Quite right, although avoiding this thread altogether would mean missing out on some enticing stuff sometimes.
A lot of us, though, are pretty calm people who read the FT stickies and don't expect instant response times or instant shipping...
I remember in decades past when there was no such thing as tracking, when you ordered from a catalogue and getting stuff in a month or six weeks was normal, when anything arriving from a foreign country was amazing and you carefully collected the foreign stamps in a stamp album...yeah, I'm old...not nostalgic for those days, though, just saying.
If I order something online, I expect to wait - it is just part of the way life is.

At the moment it seems that about everyone is having that "Restricted' pop-up. At least there's a whole bunch of P.O.ed customers on the Fastech forum saying the same thing, so it ain't just you Ozark.
