I just tried to place an order, using my credit card, to get the answer for you, and got the 'account restricted' message.All I can tell you is that when I ordered the last time, I had a choice when I clicked the 'Place Order' button. I don't use PayPal at all and was able to buy from fasttech.

when I worked in a hotel, the pest control guy gave the manager some huge, plastic cockroaches,,,,,,
the manager spent weeks torturing us front desk girls with the things,,,,,,,,,
he'd put them in our hair, on our computer keyboard, in the towel cabinet,,,,,,

I got lucky my batteries got through, the vamo V3 is pretty awesome can't wait to get off work and build some high resistance coils. 14 days is not too bad, I think I'll be using Fasttech again.

Heck, I had a problem with a US seller and Paypal wouldn't do squat for me. That's why I ONLY use a credit card now so I can just dispute the charges. Screw Paypal, all they do is strip 3-4% of everyones money and provide zilch. I wish Fasttech just took credit Cards directly because that's how I would prefer to pay anyway.
