I am getting a bit ...... about my order. It still shows accepted in Hong Kong since the 6th. Not quite sure what the deal is. Has anyone experienced the same thing? What's the longest anyone has waited for an order. It's a 26 dollar order and I been patiently waiting to get it. Should I just be patient or get in touch with someone and see what's up with it?

Ya, same thing happened to me.
Placed order on Sept2, it shipped Sept6 and it's been sitting in HK showing "acceptance" ever since.
I've placed 3 other orders since and they are all already sitting on my desk. The stuck order has a Sentinel mod and a couple of light bulbs in it, nothing else.
I opened a ticket with FT, waited 3 days and all they did was piss me off by replying that I need to wait at least 4-7 days knowing full well I've already waited 2 weeks and there are no prohibited items in the package. THIS is when I get angry with them: they play this 3 day game and keep delaying by responding with nonsense.
If they don't answer my request next time with actual information, I'll threaten to dispute the charges with Visa. Maybe that will get them to take it serious. I think the package is lost.
I mean, I'm not in a mad rush to get anything I order from them, but this package has a problem, a REAL problem that isn't just slowness.

when you put in the ticket just start off by insisting that they open an inquiry with the postal service and that any other nonsense reply from them that does not include the whereabouts of your package will prompt you to dispute the charges with visa. That will save you a week right there.

Thinking about the people posts are few and far between so hopefully the members moaning in this thread will consider items can be replaced--lives can't.

This somehow assumes that people upset about shipping delays somehow don't have any empathy to people who are suffering.

Just a bit of clarification of the abitilies of Hong Kong Post.

I have had orders take well over 30 days - USPS airmail

One even went to Italy and back before routing to the US and took over 45 days.

However, in their defense, I have had a package enter USPS Capitol heights Center and Vanish for 60 days. 1 hour from my home.

i quit trusting the tracking site, it's not mandated that they update it. the shipping offeres tracking but it is not guarenteed for anything other than delivery confirmation.

The Chi You is very nice as said above! The bad part is that many of them do not get along we'll with atties that have short 510 connections....such as the IgoL, and probably other Igo atties. I put in a request that they sell extra top caps for the Chi's. I hate to send it back and be without it for who knows how long when it is working with most of my stuff (for now anyway).

People don't seem to realize things are effected by atmospheric pressure, like flying at 40,000 feet. Things expand and, yes, can go boom. Cargo holds are not normally pressurized during flight.

I believe the cargo hold is pressurized. If Fido is to big to ride in the cabin that's where he has to sit.

My stuff will probably get here tomorrow. A vape buddy's Vamo was accepted in HK on the 6th also and was in frisco yesterday. I guessing the typhoon won't help with the backlog. Sorry to all of you still waiting.
