my most recent order has hit the we have sent it to be shipped but not showing on any tracking yet phase hehehehehe

I am taking a risk and trying the hangsen clove and the liqua menthol we will see how it goes. I have never ordered liquid from fasttech before. In fact in the 6 months I have been vaping this is only the third time I have ordered liquid at all.

No offense but I'm glad I'm not you. I ordered my MVP the same day and got the first day of the month.

What item was wrong (edit - as in which charger)? The sent me 2 clearos once without asking for a return.

That guy. The package had the right item number (for the US kit), but it had the EU charger packed in it instead. :( I'm definitely not expecting them to send another full kit... that'd be ridiculous(ly awesome). But a credit for a US charger on my next order would be a fine fix for the problem.

Hi guys - just want to make sure I understand this situation with HK Post and batteries.

I had one shipment (shipped 9/9 and contained several ego batteries) get held for awhile but it did eventually make it here (took 22 days). Fine, I was in no huge hurry.

But now I'm interested in getting some loose batteries, i.e. 'not in a device'. They would be spares and I'm in no hurry - 'slow boat' shipping is fine. Can I order them from fasttech or not?

I have had internal batteries make it, but now I am only ordering stuff without ANY battery. They don't list a shipping option for Slow Boat. I would pay a little more and get them locally. JMHO

Liqua menthol is great as a mixer for many different flavours, it's good straight too. The Hangsen RY4 is nice too.

I am really leary of tobacco flavors in general. Most I just don't like.

I took a shot on the menthol because I really still need that 10 minutes first thing in the morning with the menthol to replace the morning cig and I wanted a backup source if things get messed up by the FDA.

The clove I hope is not too heavy on the tobacco and heavier on the clove. We will see.

The RY4 is worth risking $4.20 on for a 30ml sampler, I was vaping it tonight and my partner asked me if I could smell burnt sugar, it was the caramely tones of the RY4, of course you might hate it and you know your own tastes best.

The Hangsen RY4 actually gets really good, but you do have to let it steep a bit. (typical of tobacco flavors, they definitely need more steep time)

The Liqua Menthol is very straight forward, almost impossible to dislike it. I like to add vanilla to it along with a couple different fruit flavors.

As an fyi, the Liquas no longer come in a box and the batch code is scratched off. This was covered many many pages ago, the sole reason was to hide the distributor of the liquid as to not get them in trouble by liqua for selling is so cheap.

What are you screwing the tank onto?
If you look at it, there are no slots milled in the bottom plate to supply air to the 510 connection. So, if you are screwing it onto a device like a Provari for instance, there are no air slots or air control method on it to provide air to the 510 and it will create an airtight seal...

Look at the 510 threaded post on the bottom of the tank.. see that hole in the very center on the bottom of the threaded post? Air has to get in there from somewhere... test this by unscrewing the tank about 1/4 turn and see if you can draw through it then. There is also a hole drilled into the side of the post right above the threads... that is an alternate air path. But, if your device has no slots to allow air underneath there, it's not gonna work

I had it on a vision spinner :blink:

My 10/08/13 order is still "In-Process". There are only two items on the order and both are in stock. I was careful to select only items that were listed in stock. They were in stock on the 8th, 9th & 10th. I thought in stock orders were suppose to ship immediately. I suppose it's better to know the truth than receive a fake shipping notice.

The 10/08/13 order shipped Saturday 10/12/13. I'm glad it finally shipped. Even though everything was in stock, it still took 4 days to get it out the door. This is my 5th FastTech order and the first to go Hong Kong Post. I'll finally get to experience seeing my package go through San Francisco.

Just to update my situation, I know a lot of guys are big fans of ft, but this recent post office situation has cost them a lot of money and even more custom.

I was one of the lucky ones to have my package lost in the 5th step black hole. It was returned to sender... I've had to open a paypal dispute because I'm getting the run around. They won't refund, they just keep making excuses to hold onto my money. I completely lost my wig at on of the cs ticketing staff after I made every reasonable effort to be patient and understanding..

To add insult to injury I placed another order before finding out this was returned to ft and this one is untraceable in sgp, apparently they've been immediately returned from the post back to ft. And they aren't giving us much of a clue as to what's going on. Please wait etc. you know the drill.

I'm gutted there was a lot of products I wanted to try from them, this was my first experience with them and has left me with a very bitter taste. I'd reccomend not ordering from them right now.. They're getting into very hot water, refusing to sort out this backlog like professionals they're just allowing people to keep ordering and lying about the situation. They're going to go under at this rate...

ummm.......yea. More likely an individual order issue or two. We know there are missing packages in shipping. That is not the responsibility of a vender. Also the same with assumption of return. Postal record would verify return.

Placed an order 9-22, marked shipped 9-23, Showed acceptance 9-24, processed 10-1 and Delivered 10-7.

So actually only 7 days as you cannot justify shipping time by including sitting stagnant in customs. Well, some will but I do not. Neither the Vender nor USPS has any control over the actions of Customs.

While it is frustrating and I have personally been in the position on more than one occasion, patients really is a requirement when dealing with China. To Date, even with an order taking 45+ days, I have had no orders that were not fulfilled.

Very true, I am of the firm belief that many folk are not suited to importing goods, I try to discourage anyone who even hints about concerns about timescale.

My issue isn't with the time it takes to arrive. If it took two months, providing I was confident my order would arrive I wouldn't be bothered.

My issue is with cs. I noticed it was returned to sender almost 2 weeks ago, they never notified me, and are still yet to refund me. Is this normal for ft? I noticed I'm not the only one in their forum. Also not the only one who had their last order sent straight back to ft.
