Better get them quick. You know someone will order 100 of them for ebay....

Lol, I didn't say I was going to buy it. :) I have a dmm for now that works just fine, besides I go through one coil a month if I'm lucky. :vapor:

Just wanted to share it with everyone as it'll likely be a hot seller.

But yeah, give it a couple weeks and the market will be flooded with them at double or triple the price.

Holy Moly, that's the worst case I've seen yet.
Did you open a ticket with fasttech and ask them to send an inquiry to HK Post to try and track it down? Most of those Early Sept packages should have been taken care of by now since they cut a deal with the postal service to release them a couple weeks ago.

nah, there's a couple people worse off,,,,,,,

but I am starting to get irritated with HK Post, I can tell you that,,,,,,,,they promised to have the backlog taken care of by now.

I have been reasonably patient (typhoon and a major holiday and the govt cracking down on battery shipments),,,,,,,but it's starting to get ridiculous.

Could it be? Did HKP decide my package was worthy enough not to sit there for a week? Oh be still my being heart...

My last 2 orders have gotten to my mailbox 4 and 5 days after it was processed through hk. So once it hits that point i'd expect 3-4 days for you. Looks like you might just get it by the 24th.

If it does, I will be very happy. My DV order has already come and my juice orders from VaporGod and ECB are scheduled to arrive today. I'm also very fortunate to have a couple good shops local to me.

Oh, and yes I opened a ticket with FT,,,,

they told me to be patient

then they told me HK Post had promised to work through all the packages in a week

Now they are trying to "find" it.

Paste this back to them with request(replace - Refund)
Online tracking stopped updating for 2 weeks or more

Unfortunately the Universal Postal Union guidelines instructs that post offices worldwide to accept non-delivery complaints 30 days after shipping. Because of this, Hong Kong Post, USPS, Canada Post, Parcelforce, and your local postal system would not accept non-delivery inquiries within 30 days after packages are shipped.

After 30 days have passed, FastTech can immediately make official inquiries against your local postal system. If packages are confirmed lost, we send free replacements immediately.

Just a thought: If FT has to file a claim against HKP for lost packages, would they be able to file a claim for the full worth or the package or would they only be able to recover the amount marked on the packages? I would imagine they could only recover the amount marked. Since the amount marked is usually only a fraction of it's actual worth, it is in FT's best interest not to file a claim and wait hoping it eventually shows up. Otherwise they would loose a BUNCH of money.

May be I have my tin foil hat on here but, I smell something burnt coming out of my addy again.

Yes, just looking to go single coil. Big hands and old eyesight make wrapping coils a chore. I used to use a magnifying glass but it just gets in my way. Now I just wrap on a large paper clip with some yellow plastic around it. Squeeze it together put a lighter to it hit the cold water and repeat. Shove some peaches and cream through. Test with a meter. then test it on and svd (I like to have two different methods to test). The dualies look a little more complicated. one reason I have shield away from the IGO L. This hound just looks easier to setup.

I don't sub ohm. Generally anything between 1.8 and 3.0 I can make work for me. The beauty of adjustable vv/watts. I like a variety too. Subtle variation in my mixes I enjoy.

Not sure how much a half of eyedropper is. I was just going by the description on the Hound. I assume that depending on your wicking material drops would vary.

Thanks mate.

The IGO-L (and clone) is actually set up to be a single coil, FT just has theirs set up with duals but without an airhole for the second coil. The V9 is set up for a second coil, and has one but it still doesn't have an airhole for the second coil.

The IGO-L clone FT has is also easy to drill holes in the posts for ribbon, although if you don't want to drill in the cap you probably don't want to drill the posts either.

I just filled my IGO-L and pulled out what I could. I could get .5ml out of it. That's not including a few puffs and whatever is stuck in the wick and around the sides.

If you shipped anything via Singapore Post recently:

We are sorry about the wait.

SGP had rejected almost all of our packages shipped from 29 Sep to 7 Oct without notifying us. This was caused due to current strict inspection of the aviation security. We've selected the battery packages out and have the rest packages sent to them immediately after the return. These packages have been resent on 8 Oct as soon as we received the packages.

All SGP packages are now subject to x-ray screening, the tracking information will get delayed by 5 to 8 days (as we're told) as they queue up for the new mandatory x-ray scans. If the tracking information still cannot get updated within this week, we will request them to return all of the packages and contact you to confirm if you would like us to resend the package via HKP or get a refund for your package.

We appreciate your understanding in this case.

Hmm maybe I will just with the IGO. I called the hounds off. I watched a vid of how to set it up... It looks like too much work for me.

I did throw the IGO L clone in. If it can do single coils and it holds around .5 ml that is good enough for me. Also get a free screwdriver out of it and some orings and wicks.

Correct won't be drilling anything. Just not interested in taking the steps to deal with it. If I could get good disposables for 50 cents each.. I would be all over them. It wont happen though. Just simple wraps with either 32 or 30 K-1 over cotton yarn and silica.

Well so much for ordering from them anymore at least until all this settles down....

Not sure about that. Mine was 6 days to Ohio. It says it is in my mailbox. No batteries though.

If I would order batteries I would do them on a separate order without any expectations. I would get the Panny PFs. Still states have them for 11 bucks each. I may just get them there...

is it best to order a ecig seperatte from the rest of your order?

Not really sure there is a best. What I think, did I mention I think, the Chinese postal authorities went all Government Regulation Foo on the shipments trying to weed out Li Ion batteries and other stuff that wasn't following guidelines. The used a 40,000 pound hammer on it.

That screwed everything up. Now something is lost and everyone is pointing fingers at each other because no one wants to pay for it. Unfortunately the customer is the only one paying for it. They have such a low profit margin that any additional expense kills the bottom line.

I think other have ordered ego types and they were fine after the initial hijack of the shipping trucks.
