FT Customer service had no idea where my order was at any time, even after it was delivered to me, except to give me wrongful replies stating it was rejected, returned, and reshipped twice, to my open ticket and on their forums, which was all NOT true.... FT customer service is just making up stock scripted answers to open tickets and really aren't bilingual and definitely not informed by upper management of what was going on..here's how my tracking finally appeared and updated from www.17track.net (the best tracker of all) once my package was delivered..overall the shipping was just 21 days, but the tracking with Singpost.com and Quantium.com and USPS was non existent, and FT customer service was just making up answers to questions , to appease me and all other customers asking where their order may be at..its really a mess over there at FT now, and many orders cannot be found and FT has no clue where they are and is not helpful, except for a staff member named Geek....I was very fortunate to have received this, but the lack of tracking and wrongful info from FT was making things much more complicated than it should have been..

Your new MVP will check Ohms for you and you can vape off of it.

I always wonder why folks want these things. you can get a good digital multimeter and have the option to use it for other things.
I DO wish Fasttech could find a supplier for a decent wire-zapper to weld coil wires together. twisting sucks and wastes too much wire

I was so bad last night. My man card is soon to be revoked.

My wife, the wild red head, grabbed me by the short hairs, and made me order her all kinds of fuschia colored items from FT.

My eyes are still bleeding. Please forgive me.

Need to watch The Man Shows re-runs with pints of beer laying on the couch burping loudly. 3 weeks of this and your man card will be returned.

Ever since my 2 daughters were born, I still haven't got mine back.

15 drops? I put half an eye dropper in my IGO-L without thinking.

You'll probably have to open up the holes unless you find one that happens to have a hole size you like. Drilling out the hole (or adding a hole for dual) is just customizing it to your taste. You don't have to do it, but it's making the RDA work how you want it to work. It's not hard to open a hole even without the proper tools (an assortment of small cobalt or carbide drill bits).

I would decide on whether you want single or dual. Drilling a new hole is a little harder to manage. Trident is a dual with adjustable holes. Although it's set up with dual posts this one is only drilled for a single and would be adjustable (but you'd have to open some holes) unless they've changed it since I got mine, V9.

Yes, just looking to go single coil. Big hands and old eyesight make wrapping coils a chore. I used to use a magnifying glass but it just gets in my way. Now I just wrap on a large paper clip with some yellow plastic around it. Squeeze it together put a lighter to it hit the cold water and repeat. Shove some peaches and cream through. Test with a meter. then test it on and svd (I like to have two different methods to test). The dualies look a little more complicated. one reason I have shield away from the IGO L. This hound just looks easier to setup.

I don't sub ohm. Generally anything between 1.8 and 3.0 I can make work for me. The beauty of adjustable vv/watts. I like a variety too. Subtle variation in my mixes I enjoy.

Not sure how much a half of eyedropper is. I was just going by the description on the Hound. I assume that depending on your wicking material drops would vary.

Thanks mate.

Sorry for to those that are still waiting for their Sept packages. It looks like I picked a good month to buy liquid supplies in September. My nemy clone and X6 tank should be waiting for me when I get home. To bad I won't have time to fiddle with it this weekend. Dance dancing kids.

Anyway if it is there FT (shipping) is 4 for 4 in 6 days from shipped to Ohio. Order on 9/30 ship date was supposed to be the 11th. I got the pic on the 10th. My guess is FT got the package together on the 10th. HKP got the electronic info on the 11th. The package arrived at HKP on the 12th. Also no issues with tracking and USPS in the time frame.

- Most CS staff at FastTech DO speak English even though it is not their primary language
- FastTech doesn't run or have any control over the postal service
- FastTech doesn't have any control over the postal service website or tracking updates
- If you want questions answered about YOUR particular order, the forums are not the place to do it. Answers in the forums will often be generalized since everyone is reading them. Open a ticket. There is no guarantee you will EVER get an answer to a forum post.

I will agree with you that they do fall short in the customer service arena. I *think* what happens is they do not have enough staff to keep up with it and try to answer with template responses just to try and make you go away. Plus, the 3 day lag is completely unacceptable. I've never heard of them doing anybody wrong, but they sure do need some help in the way in which they manage complaints.

MANY of FastTech's customer issues are dealing with expectations that aren't always reasonable. They have not, however, done much in the way of addressing this and it would be in everyones best interests if they did. The issue is that if they are completely up front about how long it is going to take for someone to get their package, their sales would plummet. They know this... so they have made a conscious choice to deal with complaints from people whos frustrations are almost entirely with the postal service.
If they tell you up front and in big, RED, flashing letters that your package could be held up in the postal service for weeks... and that the postal service tracking is unreliable at best, would you still place the order?
So, now you DO know those things so the choice is yours. Will you order from them again? If you do, will you still be all irate when HK Post or customs holds up your package for 2 weeks? Who will you blame?

mine has been sitting in HK post for 42 days now.

Holy Moly, that's the worst case I've seen yet.
Did you open a ticket with FastTech and ask them to send an inquiry to HK Post to try and track it down? Most of those Early Sept packages should have been taken care of by now since they cut a deal with the postal service to release them a couple weeks ago.

:D Agreed and people can't get ticked at me for being snippy.

CommaMolly, I think it is time you insist on a replacement order to be shipped.

Mine has been acceptance for 43 days. FastTech is at a loss on how to deal with packages out of their control. They keep responding to my ticket with something along the lines of "we'll ask HKP again". I can imagine the number of queries they are making to HKP. I still think that there is a lost container/truck/dolly containing a number of our packages that somehow never makes it to the front of the line to be tested and shipped.

I called this whole fiasco from day one, well over two months ago. Some people were like "oh, it's just a glitz" or what ever. The bottom line is they are flailing away in the deep end and they can't handle it. They took on more than they could chew and then the whole shipping thing buried them. The slow customer service/tickets taking multiple days to respond and then sending nonsense post started a month before the shipping thing. They are swamped and need to hire more help. And, I agree with Szot, I don't think half the responses were made by an English speaking individual. They are canned responses. On a ticket for a missing item, they twice insisted that I send pictures of the missing item. They had no idea what they were reading, they just knew there weren't any pictures posted so they punched in a pre-canned response.

But, hey, it is what it is. If you can stand the rules then play the game. If not, then state side vendors might be better for you.
