I spent the morning trying to wick the FT A7. What a hot mess! Ok, so this delicate work is not for me. I could not get the wraps close enough together. The silica wick was falling apart on me. I tried different sizes, ha! no luck there. I could not get the wire wrapped around the screw without messing up the wrap. It was pretty hillarious actually. Done for the day.

What helped me was bending the leg around something about the size of the screw before trying to fit the coil. I used the precision screwdriver I was using for the screws. These things are a pain to build.

My brother is visiting so I'll have time to fill it and use it for a while, not post much. But I will take pics and share so you guys can see if it's worth the 7 bucks or whatever it is.

We got a sample of the X9 "Pro tank Clone"
We subjected it to a scratch test before vaping and the tank is definitely not Pyrex or any other kind of glass.

We spoke to Kamry tonight and they say it is "ABS"

So I wouldn't expect it to be Pyrex. I don't know what that means as far as tank cracking liquids are concerned.

I'm a jeweler and completed watchmaking training and had problems with the wicks falling apart rebuilding for Vivi Nova.
I wrapped the wick sloppily and then used tweezers to squeeze the coil together. Burning the wicks before hand is when they fell apart so I saved the burning for after they were wrapped and ready. I don't know how much life that took off the Kanthal wire but they seem to be doing OK. And once the wire has been burnt it's not as springy.

That ball of wire looks like you had some problems

I just took mine apart and didn't feel or smell anything. Where exactly is it coming from?

Had to have need the tube as I reused the head. Just tasted like machine oil before cleaning.

The Kamry website states that it is pyrex. So I'm not sure what is up with Kidney Punchers statement in talking to Kamry. Somethings not right. Dewallen you do have it bad, but so do I. I do not save money vaping. That's why I took away my banner that said I had saved thousands. Nope, I've spent that. Way more then smoking.

Well the evods are def airier draw than the ce's. Not sure if I like it better or not. If anything I'll clog one of the two up. As long as they don't leak that much as the ce's i'll be happy.

I was in Montevideo earlier this year (March) I walked around all day with my vape and no one said anything to me about them being banned. Maybe me being a foreigner put them off saying anything lol.

Same happens across the river in Buenos Aires. I've even travelled to Colonia with my big PV hanging from my neck (boat journey is 4 hours long, I took 2 18650 to last me all day) and no one said a word at customs on either side of the river. And I vaped at one of the lounges, no one said anything about it.

The ban in Buenos Aires has almost the exact same wording as the Uruguayan one. E liquids get in as "aroma scents"
