Hi, I'm sorry about your fiancee. That must have been a very difficult time for you.

I'm also glad you have strong opinions and have found a vaping experience that works for you. If I may say not everyone on this forum lives in the US and sometimes we feel like we are the center of the world. Buying from US vendors is not always possible. Dekang sells 90% of the worlds eliquid. Makes us feel sort of small. I vape US liquids, Liqua, diy and vape Dekang. I vape it because I like it. Their ingredients are listed on their website and as I've said before Boge/Dekang wouldn't risk their global sales hold by compromising on ingredients. It works for me and it works for others here on ECF. I mean no disrespect but saying "are you vaping THAT"? Doesn't show the positive spirit that I hope we all can strive for here on ECF. Happy vaping, what ever you enjoy!

We are lucky to have a variety of juice to choose from in the US. Not everyone around the world does.

Besides,

To each their own..

I spent the morning trying to wick the FT A7. What a hot mess! Ok, so this delicate work is not for me. I could not get the wraps close enough together. The silica wick was falling apart on me. I tried different sizes, ha! no luck there. I could not get the wire wrapped around the screw without messing up the wrap. It was pretty hillarious actually. Done for the day. View attachment 223462

is the wick from FT?

Same happens across the river in Buenos Aires. I've even travelled to Colonia with my big PV hanging from my neck (boat journey is 4 hours long, I took 2 18650 to last me all day) and no one said a word at customs on either side of the river. And I vaped at one of the lounges, no one said anything about it.

The ban in Buenos Aires has almost the exact same wording as the Uruguayan one. E liquids get in as "aroma scents"

Very interesting to hear. I was travelling all around South America for 2 months and not once in any country was I stopped from vaping or asked what I was doing. I think I will stick with the foreigner explanation, I loved BA amazing place as was Montevideo ;)

Look at my location, I'm not at the US, but a little farther south. I'm glad you like them, but I said, I'd rather cut corners in other hardware. My vape budget is 100 bucks, not a single penny more. Still I manage to buy full 2 months of eliquid with just that. I rarely vape out of the bottle, most of the time I mix with VG. I know, I myself like Dekang's Donkey Kong and miss it sometimes. It's all there is in B&M stores around here and at astounding prices, around 35 bucks for 30 ml. Yes, it's tempting, but in the long run you'll be better off vaping something familiar.

Sometimes you get the looks, sometimes grins from people that know, most of the times complete indifference or ignorance. And Argentines are very prejudiced so whenever I'm asked I say it's an inhaler for my asthma.

Just fyi, bought "hangsen" from another vendor from china and got my bottles today. They are not even the same bottle, while the flavor is spot on(cappuccino and peanut butter) it's really harsh on my throat so i suppose it's another thing...these are going to the "shame box" so i know i shouldn't buy from weird places again :p

what about the flavor does it diminish if you cut it with VG?

I ask for extra flavor. Up to 33% VG you don't notice, more noticeable down to 50% VG.

edit: not for VG based eliquids, it gets SOOOO thick not even Terminator C (Oddy clone) will handle it.

The law is a little vague about vaping, but stern about importing and selling nic related vaping products. B&M stores are persecuted criminally if caught. A few times I was throwing clouds of vapor at the sight of a policeman. He couldn't care less.

One of the wicks I tried was from FT. It's the thicker fluffed up piece in the photo. But don't judge the quality of the wick by my hot mess. It was my first go at it. ;) maybe someone else can give a review of it for you.

Yes, I saw where you live, just speaking generally. Didn't mean to confuse you. Sometimes my words don't come across right when it's not face to face. Dekang isn't all I vape and I don't think it's the best ever. Dekang is familiar to me and I like it. I know a lot about it. That's just me. lol I respect your opinion and get your point. Thanks for being cool with me. ;)

Not bashing - just thought the input may be useful - I recently got my first FastTech stuff, and have +/- feedback on quality to report...

A) Got a 1300 Ego, the "fat" battery? I have one, and love it. The one from FastTech seems IDENTICAL in performance, and I'm VERY happy with it, and will probably get another from them. Kinda funny - in this pic, the one with the TM is the FastTech battery :)
View attachment 223622

B) Got a 900 shiny plated Ego battery, and it's faulty. It cuts off in the middle of a draw. 5-click turns it back on. As initially I thought it might be a pressed in floating connector, I checked that - and the connector pin is VERY wobbly/loose - different than all my other batteries. I just don't trust the thing. Won't charge it unless I'm watching, and won't go out with it as my only vape in case it happens to just die...

C) This one's interesting. Got an EVOD. And it WORKS well, no leaking, no funky taste or smell, and I'm ALMOST happy with it. But the threads aren't smooth. It took me several tries to get the head threading, while holding a tank full of juice, and then it screws on a little rough, and you're not sure if you're over-tightening. In comparison, the EVOD I got elsewhere, branded Kanger, is SMOOOTH. I think I'll probably order the "real" ones, just 'cause of that. It's only a buck or so...
But realize, please - I'm choosing to pay a little extra - the FastTech EVOD really is WORKING great (I'm using it right now:vapor:).

D) Finally, the big surprise. I got some Dekang liquid. Never tried it before and was thinking - if this is AT ALL vape-able, even if I use a tobacco flavor as a base that I mix some flavors into (I do that), then it's too much of a bargain not to even try. Well, guess what? It's a simple, clean, mild Turkish tobacco flavor - EXACTLY what I wanted, better than I hoped, and superior to a few I've paid triple four times as much for. No brainer re-order.

You're around the corner to them... Should be arriving real soon... How's winter treating you?

We are having a rough winter this year. There was a polar blast and consequently it has been extremely cold here and we've had bizarre storms. The power got knocked out in the capital, the sea crashed up over the shore line and barriers, flooding, heavy rain, thunder storms... Right this minute it is quiet - no rain, no wind - really enjoying the peace. Temps still freezing and heaters on.
Faring any better where you are?

picked up a Kamry K200 and a Empire clone mech along with a couple of the V5 dripper attys. been wanting a simple mech since i work outdoors, and regularly get caught in rainstorms. the thing looks beefy enough where if i wanna toss it in my enduro pack, it should survive a trip through the woods.
