I'm sure that this has been covered (maybe several times) but information does not always stick in my brain. At any rate, I am looking for advice on what to purchase. I'm ready to make buy a nicer PV and am really on the fence about which way to go. I've winnowed the big list down to a couple. I want something dependable, long lasting charges and reasonably easy to use. I tend to stick with mini pro tank style if that is a variable. The current short list is:

Itaste MVP: $45.16 INNOKIN iTaste MVP 5-in-1 Voltage Adjustable Rechargeable 2600mAh Mechanical LCD Electronic Cigarettes Set - blue / with iClear 16 atomizers at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Vamo V3: https://www.fasttech.com/products/1411/10004394/1376701

I'm open to suggestions but I doubt I would go higher than $55 total on what ever I get.

I don't have the MVP so I can't compare it but I do have several Vamos in V2 and V3. I am really a fan of the Vamo as far as being simple to operate and use. Easy to change battery size if you want. I can change batteries out when they are low and continue using my PV instead of waiting on it to recharge. I also use ego threaded tanks and have not had any thread problems like some have had on the 510 connections. I have a couple of itaste SVD and have to regularly turn them back on as they keep shutting off. The Vamo just keeps on working for me.

So like most, ive gotten into the habit of ordering from FT and forgetting about it (sort of).

Figured i'd check on my most recent order to see if the tracking worked yet.

Had to stare at this for a minute to let it settle in....

I've heard a lot of good stuff about Vamo, but I've also heard so much bad stuff, I've never bought one. I can couch for ZMax (I like the mini) and as most people here will agree, you can't go wrong with an MVP unless you want something very light-weight. Just make sure you get he V2 MVP so you get the extra features. Check 101vape if you are in the US. Killer sale right now.

I've got a Vamo, super heavy mudder, too heavy for me, and as long as a light saber :p Pretty much comparable to the 134 as far as I am concerned, but the 134 is telescopic, so I can put different sized batteries in it. I can't unscrew the Vamo at all to use different sized batteries and I am not sure why :/ The Zmax I had got dropped and the top popped off, sent that to a mod maker friend for parts. I got 2 Zmax mini's in a co-op and one I PIFd out to save a friend $45 for a new one, the other has been dead in a drawer for a month after I got it from the co-op.

Singapore Post Trying Singapore free shipping option.

Update:

My order was made on Oct 09th, they started shipping on Oct 17th, and it was finally "accepted" by Hong Kong Post on Oct 20th.
Tracking says nothing about Singapore Post, -yet.

Final Update:

I received my order on Oct 31st. I actually forgot about my fasttech order for a week or more, -that helps pass the time. ;)

I had 4 bottles of e-juice among other things, so I chose Singapore Post. But that choice made at the time of checkout was the last mention of SP as a carrier. No matter, my package arrived unmolested and thats all that matters. I will buy again.

I have a Sigelei ZMax mini... it's my beat around VW mod. It goes with me everywhere, the mower, working on cars... it's banged up all to hell and just keeps on going. I've never dropped it really hard or on cement or anything though. It's held up exceptionally well though. It rides in the cup holder on my mower for hours on end and even the violent vibrations haven't done anything except make it look like ugly hell.

I am not sure why mine pooped out :/ Come to think of it - It came straight from Sigelei, I ordered this one from the plant myself - gave the co-op one away. Oh well, I put a battery in it every couple of weeks to see if it'll come on, but it never does LOL I've decided not to send it to my mod maker friend because I may actually look around for answers some day =] I could find out it's a simple fix that I can do myself. I remember throwing out CE4s straight from the package because they wouldn't fire... now I lift the firing pin on the mod first LOL

Does anyone know if its at all possible to still order batteries from FT with any shipping method?

You can order batteries from China right now with any shipping method. Fastech will even send them out. Your chances of actually getting them are about 40/60.

When did you initially place your order?

I ordered it October 16th - but was new to ordering from there and didn't realize I had other things on the order (some rba's) that were holding up the ship date - cancelled them on October 22 and re-ordered them on a separate order and it shipped October 23rd.

Idk about those odds...You're basically saying 1 out of every 2 batteries will get to me. I've ordered 8 pairs of batteries on oct 21st and 6 pairs are being sent back and the other 2 will probably have the same fate. Now, I know those statistics are skewed in the short run as you need long term data to make a more accurate assumption of the odds but as for now, this is the only data I have and judging from the forums, it seems as though no one is getting 18650's in their mail. Therefor I think a more accurate estimate of the odds pf getting your batteries would be far far far more weighted towards the lower end of the spectrum.

and for those of you whos saying "1 out of every 2 means 50-50 not 60-40"....

shut the flap up
