Joy and Jubilation!

I placed a substantial order with them on Oct 13 for all kinds of stuff including non ecig bits and pieces. The order confirmation came immediately, and then dead silence. On Nov. 1, I finally got a link to HK Post for a tracking number. It really did not work for a few days. On Nov 6, checked with USPS and found that it was being processed in Chicago, but no further tracking information.

Yesterday, it showed up! I think that I was lucky, though. Although everything was fine including my SVD, the packaging was atrocious. Everything was stuffed into a large manila envelope made out of paper (not Tivec) with an incredibly thin bubble layer. Some items like the SVD and carto tanks (also nice with the screws in them for refilling and holding the carto in place since I have a ton of cartos around). The Tumblers (really cool looking bottom coils that work well), ProTank mini's, and replacement heads were just tossed in there, for example.

The 10 empty 30 ml bottles I ordered probably acted as a cushion and gave me some measure of protection. There is no way that my order could have survived any type of opening and inspection.

Give us a quality comparison when it arrives.

Will do, usually i wouldn't buy expensive equipment, but i come across a little bit of extra money this month and decided to try if the real deal is really that much better. My guts tells me the quality difference probably isn't worth the price difference YMMV tho

It is very hard to wait for so long when you have no idea where is your package .. How much patience is enough?

I contacted SingPost today. They work from Monday - Friday .. Hoping to get a response in next couple of days, maybe. Seriously, this is sick! Next, I'll contact FastTech and see if they can give any info.

Has anyone here got any info from FastTech what is causing this delay? Or do you just get a copy/paste reply?

Well it looks like I am getting boned on my kayfun clone. Fasttech had contacted me the other day and asked if I wanted To split my order and I said sure.... Rookie mistake. Now I got put back to the crap end of the list, now says restocking, won't be on the early list to get the extra parts bag.... Bummed right the hell out. I think I'll cancel and get a rocket in stead and maybe an I atty to replace the one with a broken tank. I fabbed up a chunk of polycarbonate tube to fit it and it really works well.

I've ordered a Rocket RBA with my order .. Has anyone here tried the rocket RBA? The main reason I ordered it is because it's a bottom coil RBA Tank and I LOVE bottom coil tanks :)

First reply is usually a copy paste asking you to wait x days. I wait x days and then reply saying no movement and they seem to actually look in to it. I keep it calm and simple eg "this order has still not moved, please advise what is happening"

A few have received the Rocket here and have posted good reports. Another to look out for. (Currently out of stock and with supply issues for current orders) is the Kayfun SS clone for a few bucks more.

Lol, I have ordered the clone to go on my original Semovar. Your review may tip me into buying an original.

My most recent Fasttech package arrived having obviously been opened, rifled through, and resealed at least once. It was a big paper envelope, and one end had been cut off and taped back together. It was no longer the full size, fairly flat shape shown in the FastTech photo they give you when they ship. It was 3/4 of that envelope, bulging randomly, obviously had a tangle with machinery at some point.

Everything was still there. A couple Evod batteries were in my order, and they have scratches. I also had some liquid, drip tips, and random computer parts, which were all okay. A cable I ordered was no longer coiled, but tangled around everything else.

I don't blame Fasttech. I know they didn't ship it that way. I am curious which authority searched, and what they were looking for.

IDK about Singapore post, but all of my posts through HK post have been about the same.

FT says it shipped.
Then nothing for 2-5 days.
then it shows up in acceptance.
then nothing for 2-5 days.
then it shows as processed thru HK post.
then it shows up in San Fran within a day or 2 typically, spends a day or so in customs, and then on its way to me.

But I always make sure my order is over $15 to get the 'free shipping' and dont order known prohibited items. Is using SP different?

Was it resealed with green tape or clear/pale with Chinese markings?

It was resealed with plain, clear tape - lots of it. There were no markings of any kind on the tape.

Near the top of fasttech's page they have a warning about the delay, highlighted in yellow.
