Yes, I had the same problem once before. It was an extra space at the end that caused it(or it may have been a space before the code). After that it worked fine.

I have used many GC codes with no problems as I will sometimes cancel an item if that one item is holding up a shipment.

Well, anything that DOESN'T have batteries LOL. Lately, there doesn't seem to be anyway batteries can be shipped in air mail. All the fuss over that issue has slowed everything else down too. Orders are still getting through though, some faster than others.

I guess the best policy for ordering anything from FT right now is to be prepared to wait a bit

Batteries are supposed to be banned, but some orders are still getting through. They've suggested in their forums (Fasttech) to create a separate order for batteries in case the package gets held up or returned to Fasttech.

Personally, I'm not ordering anything with a battery in it until they get this mess sorted out. I still have three packages currently sitting at HKP collecting dust.

Your right that some are still getting through, but I think it's because they didn't 'scan' those packages due the volume of packages they have to do. Some just get sent on out probably, because they need a place to stand while they work LOL

I have two packages collecting dust too since the 21st of Oct. Funny, because there are no batteries in these orders. I did however have another order from that same date that did have batteries, and it was returned already. Still no word on the other two

I just had another order go into shipping.

I use the same rules I always use, always make sure the order is over $15(or upgrade the shipping), no batteries and no liquid.

I certainly understand that I may have just been lucky with my 8 or so orders in the past few months with them, but I think the longest time I had a package take to get to me from the day it shipped was around 18 days. It does look like there were a few problematic days of shipping in October that if your package happened to go into HKP on that day, it is just....stuck or lost.

That said, my latest order is the first going thru Singapore Post, so I really dont know what to expect right now.

I just got about 14 days in transit to the UK with SingPost.

Stuck in HK for 3 weeks. Did NOT order any batteries. Mostly bike stuff and a small bottle of juice.
The shipping was really fast for a while. HK ruined it

In the same boat,,,through HK post..only mine shipped on 26th Oct and had no batteries or e liquid,,just ecig stuff...another order shipped through signpost on 8th Nov,,Received it already.,,3 other orders though swiss post on Nov 6,Nov 7 and Nov 9...no sign of them either..they are still being "Departured from border point of origin country "...
I don't know if I am ever gonna receive them or not. This sucks.

They already shipped it? If so, it is possible it could be there before the 5th, which is 12 days away. I was typically getting my orders around 10-14 days in Florida using HKP from when they said it shipped. Again though, I dont have a very good frame of reference for Singapore post though.
