Looks like i'll be getting a delivery today. 7 days acceptance to delivery. 9 days from order date.

The order placed a day before (3 day ship date) it is still in HK, though it did show some movement today.

My chi you that I ordered yesterday and was supposed to be shipped by December 4 shipped today (just the tracking number)

That sounds crazy! 7 days?? Did you receive the order u placed 9 days after u placed it, or are u saying it took 7 days for them to *process* and get it to the post office?

Does anyone here know if you can contact a rep from FT and ask them anything abt the timing involved with processing orders at that time? I've noticed HUGE inconsistencies in the amount of time it takes for them to process the order .. so, what factors into that? Can they possibly tell you "we're having issues w/ (whatever) and the orders placed now will take a little longer" or "we are currently processing orders at a normal pace" or *anything* like that?


UGH! I dont know ... it doesnt look like ANYONES orders are going through, does it? Is there ANYONE here thats placed an order within the last week or two that didnt have issues processing?? I reeeeally need to get another ego-v, and some other important things.

Most of my latest orders are on time 8-9 days after hkpost acceptance to delivery today. I got one shipped a few days ago through sgpost that is starting to track today. It takes about a day for a item that's in stock to go to packaging status then another day for shipped status with tracking. Then it takes another 2-3 days for the tracking to show acceptance. So it takes less than 2 weeks from start to finish on average.

So far no other problems with FT for me besides battery orders that were rejected through hkpost twice. Just don't order batteries from them. I even had some egos rejected through hkpost but i placed a 2nd order that passed through. So i guess there are some risks to ordering egos.

Maniacal, I somehow think you've interpreted the post as bad, when in fact, the poster is saying, I think, that the order took 9 days from pressing the order button to delivery. Which is excellent. Really fast.

Well, it is now a tracking mouse Right around 24 hrs from order to establish the number. Now the real wait begins. I split my order with the mouse and other in stock or 1 day to ship items in one and any thing longer in a second. As expected, the second order is still pending.

Afaik, if the order doesn't have batteries they are getting processed. Time varies from order to order, but most orders are going out.

You could try to contact them about the times, but you'll probably get a CS answer like "Everything is fine, orders are fine, etc", if you need something important like you said don't rely on FT.

To check what the new products there is a link at the top of their site that says New Arrivals, if you are asking when a particular product on your order gets in stock you click on the order on your account and you get an ETA for the product to be in stock

actually they do, you just need to remove the outer plastic shield ring, with a rotary tool and a diamond cutoff wheel..took all of 30 seconds

Biggest thing is the above charger in the picture is a 150mA charger, eGo chargers run at 420-450mA charge, 510-X batteries are 400mAh, pushing 1C charge into those batteries might be unsafe! The 410-X charger might be a lower mA rating (it doesn't say on the website)

Keep an eye on it if you do attempt to use an eGo charger, don't leave it unattended!!!

They are not trash, but wont last as long as all the sweet mods in your collection. I get about 4 hours out of one, so a short out and about trip they are fine. I ordered a 5 pack, but haven't used them much, mostly use EGO's when out.

That would work also, but I was lazy, plus I needed some more chargers anyway.
