My first order took 21 days. I would not be worried yet. I would put in a ticket as that takes a few days to get a response. What is the average time for an order from Fastech from shipping date to arrival?
I am now at 25 days and my tracking page still shows it accepted in Hong Kong.
This was my first order. (No batteries) Should I be worried?
yup. I can confirm that Singapore post(which are all new packages shipped to the US unless you specifically choose a different shipping option based on my last ticket with FT) go thru Singapore.

Again, order was 'shipped' by FT on the 22nd.
I am glad I canceled my last order with FT. And at this point, unless something really sucks me in, it is my last. And I cant imagine what will suck me back in, as the order I just canceled was the caravela the day before it was supposed to 'ship'. But hey, that means someone got bumped up on the list for their vela. I wish you luck, and all of you on getting your packages before 2014.
Seems like your expectations were a little high. It has only been 11 days. It has not exactly been a secret that things have been taking a while to ship out. So what's the beef? You want your stuff and I get that but it is coming from China about 10,000 miles away not in Alabama the state next to you. I have two orders in shipping right now and I ordered a Brass Nemesis just now. Yes I know I'll be lucky to see it before Christmas, I could have ordered it here and had it by friday but I didn't feel like spending $50 on something I could get for $23 by being patient.
I am not a new FT customer. I had over 10 orders thru them in the past few months.
I was quite happy with them, and even defended them in this thread many times like you are right now.
My problem is three fold. First that they switched my previous order to singapore post without informing me. I placed that order Before they switched to Singapore post. It waited over a week to ship out and in that time they switched from hk post to Singapore yet did not process my order thru the shipping method I ordered at that time.
Secondly, that it is quite obvious shipping times are going to double or even triple if they have to route to Singapore first. I was getting orders thru HK post to my door in the amount of time it takes to get to just Singapore. I won't see that palcage for another 2 weeks if I am lucky. Closer to a month a the speed it is going, when, again, previous to this, 10-14 days was the norm.
Butthe last straw was there outright refusal to switch my waiting order from a free available shipping method to another free available shipping method. I was not asking them to ship it via HK post. I wanted it shipped via china post e packet. Another service they offer for 'free'. They could have kept me as a customer, but they outright refused to do it on my ticket tha I opened. That is when I said, that's it. If they won't even do that to keep me as a customer, I won't be their customer anymore.
But hey, as I said, I wish you all luck. I was one of you for many months before today. I spent hundreds with FT over the last few months. But it's time for me to cash out of that game.
My first order took 21 days. I would not be worried yet. I would put in a ticket as that takes a few days to get a response.

To each their own they had a problem with the old method of shipping, they did post on their website that HK post was no longer an option. It was mentioned several times in this thread alone. I don't know that the shipping will double or triple under the new method and as of yet, you don't either. It may or it may not. I have seen tracking info posted here in the last couple of days that indicate otherwise. It is certainly your choice to not do business with them again but personally I think your jumping the gun. As far as changing your shipping, I understand why they haven't done that if it is already showing shipped, then the shipping is already paid for by them. I wouldn't do it either. Please do give us an update when you actually recieve your package, just out of curiosity.
