I'm trying to be patient but I may end filing a claim with PayPal.

They'll refund right away once the shipper returns the merchandize. They seem quite fair with their customer -- but shipping from China just sucks -- slow and bureaucratic. Meanwhile, the USPS kicks .... -- just excellent! USA, USA, USA! :)

Now that FT seems to be shipping via Singapore Post by default to US addresses, does anyone know which of their shipping/upgrade options are the quickest for orders both with and without batteries? I just want to know if there are any better shipping options available for us in the US.

My earlier FT orders used to take around 10 days to get to Chicago, but since the HongKongPost-fuey and typhoon issues last Sept. I cannot even guesstimate how long orders now take. I heard it's 4-5 weeks...is this even close?

Paradise is a kayfun 3.1...ah, the joy of it. :)

It is great - smooth, warm, tasty and well, just plain great. I love it already, and I've only had it for about 3 hours.

[OK, and for those who think this is a SGP-stinks thread, SGP got it to me in under 3 weeks, including 6 days when my post office was snowbound and therefore closed...]

I had 3 recent orders that all took right at 3 weeks to get to me. I'm in the same state as you, but close to St.Louis. I have one order I am waiting for that somehow got hung up in LOS ANGELES, CA. That order arrived to the Sates along with another package at the same time 12/11. One was delivered to me on 12/16 while the other has been stuck since 12/14 with no update. Hoping it comes tomorrow. So if it wasn't for Our own mail system I would have all 4 orders right at 3 weeks.

2 orders shipped USPS free and 2 shipped registered airmail Singapore. It's one of the USPS free packages that is in limbo with USPS.

Yes, it is the FT Kayfun. My entire, now immense collection of gear is FT-delivered, except for my very first two overpriced eGos. I can see getting a whole bunch of these on the off-chance that something happens to one...Just to have...I could become a KayfunGrinch.

My Kayfun is beautifully made, solid, was easy to set up (since I spent the waiting period reading up on it, watching youtube instruction videos and memorizing tips) and I have no idea what the deck is made of. I am totally incapable of distinguishing between Stainless Steel, Chromed Brass and Replentished Uranium.

Moreover, given that I was a 40-year, nearly 2PAD smoker, the deck material really doesn't matter to me in the grand scheme of things. :vapor:

Do I recommend it??? Ah, yes, definitely.

BTW, E-Pipeman, the KF goes brilliantly on an MVP2! Congratulations to you!

Just received my Itaste MVP v2 from FT. It is now my go-to device. Marvellous in all departments. Solid, uses all my toppers brilliantly (although the RG500 looks and works better on the Vamo imho.

Well, that's it - my quest for the holy grail of devices is now over. :)

Just a solid device in all departments. It is my recomendo for any one beginner to pro. In the states we can get it almost as cheep locally but FT seems like a solid good for others.

Oh, and the Igo-l looks great with the stock beauty ring. Here is mine with a wood wrap:

I'm planning in ordering a brass Origin with the Aqua clone......when FT gets them.

Yeah, I'd been waiting and waiting for the Aqua, but they actually had the Origin in stock so I went ahead and grabbed it. I don't know when the Aqua's going to show up, though I'm sure it is. Everywhere I've seen it is a pre-order.

I placed my very first (soon to be last) order on 11/14. Paid the extra for upgraded shipping too. It shipped on 11/26. It hit Los Angles, CA on 12/17 (last update), and I'm in OHIO, still waiting.

For me, the seriously long wait from order to delivery to save maybe $1 to $5 bucks just isn't worth it to me.

Just got updated again on 12/22~!
It just left Los Angles, CA~~ WHOO HOO!! An interesting test, I wonder what would have happened if I didn't pay the extra $0.98 for upgraded shipping?

I have tried most of them, china post, sucks, Swiss post worse, Singapore, crappy tracking, Hong Kong post blah,I have one inbound with the e-packet and it has been the fastest so far

Thanks, ill def try the epacket next time, i have a few stuff that i want to get like the popular mods (king, nemesis, caravela, chiyou is the one i ordered first) and maybe a few regulated mods (svd, zmax, vamo v5 is on its way with the chiyou). Since its free shipping, i dont mind not buying them all at once as im tight with my budget because of school and not able to work. I want to get a rda and rba for each mod too but reading the stuff on FT concerning about the materials and stuff is confusing me on my choices, like the kraken, they keep saying its good but it also has a alot of neg feedbacks regarding the machinability.
