Anyone ordered from focalecig? Is it really fasttech after tarnishing its vape brand?

I have ordered from them on 28 Nov (focalecigs) an recently received (21 days in shipping) ego batts they shipped via Sweden Post and Swiss Post to the US, while I'm still waiting for batts ordered on the same day from FT that are still in China....Focalecigs is owned by wallbuys.com, or they are a sister affiliate sites...their paypal account ID is the same at both sites, wallbuys and focalecigs....they are not FT related at all.....

I have given up on ever getting my order from them. I am at the point now of waiting to see if I ever get my money back........

Returned to FT on 12/4

All they keep telling me is they haven't confirmed that they have received it back yet.

Not good, do you know what the issue was? Address, Customs? Any banned items? What country was it being delivered to? Hope FT gives you your money back!

Nothing can be as bad as my last few eBay vaping transactions keeping well away, long live the dragon!

There was one little 650mah ego battery in the order. I didn't know about the battery shipping problem at the time. I found out about that after ordering and I figured it wouldn't get sent to me. I'm just wondering if I am ever going to get my money back. I'm trying to be patient but I may end filing a claim with PayPal.

The second half of the mouse order that I split with all vape related stuff in it (then FT split it again making two more coming) has found lodging in Singapore. I'm not sure if it has been mentioned before but as soon as it is posted lodged, you can then pick it up on USPS tracking.

Quantium Shipment Tracker shows my Liquid stuck at "PHYSICAL ITEM RECD" since 11/30. Today I receive an email alert from USPS that my package has departed local facilitly and should be delivered today. USPS showed no tracking until it reached my local USPS facility in St. Louis, MO.

But no 1 tracker is great for any shipper, but www.17track.net is usually most active and current, and can be used for most all shipping postal companies...

17track didn't show any tracking on my last two orders until they were delivered. They started as the "information received" and stayed that way until the delivery. Quantium was great up until it left for the U.S. This one https://www.aftership.com/courier/ seems to work well although you have to cut and paste it into google translate because this is how it gives tracking:

I have 4 orders in transit now..quantium hasn't budged since Received...but 17 track.net shows them moving at various stages of shipping...so I guess it all depends on each individual package...but I have NEVER had 1 order since last June ever move from PHYS ITEM RCD on Quantium..I even had 17track tell me its delivered when USPS had no info ever also....

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've said a few times that tracking is not your friend. I think it makes it seem longer than it is.

There is no genuine Vamo.

I don't think there's an "authentic" vamo, more of a general model type used by many different manufacturers. Might be wrong though?

Same happened to me. I filed a claim with Paypal and got a refund the next day. Then I cancelled the claim If the tracking says it was returned, give it a week, if you haven't been reimbursed by then go the claim route.

If you are checking singpost through quantium you may want to also check the usps website once in awhile once it shows logged in. I just had an order delivered thurs that still shows logged in at sgpost.

One of my orders shipped today. I paid the exrta and went with EMS shipping. I guess we will see what happens. I post bank on shipping time if/when it shows up.

Mine was showing that so I plugged it into quantium. Track on that and then hit the details link you will probably get more info. Once it hits the US track on USPS.

Since your package is now Lodged up some ones *** You should now be able to track it on USPS tracking. Just enter your HK post tracking number in to USPS.

I finally got my package after six weeks, 3 of which were due to Canada post holding it hostage in Mississauga, and they didn't leave it in the mailbox, had to go to the post office to get it. It's here though and the pen style fishing rod is actually pretty decent kuality. It's already been used by the elf on a shelf to try and catch Walter the orange beta.
