ordered a month ago, maybe more?
I am not expecting fast shipping, or even timely. Just some confirmation that the package exists and is en route. 4 weeks without a working tracking number.
oh well.
im good at this game. let life happen and be pleasantly surprised when a possibly intoxicated purchase made in the wee hours of the night circumnavigates half the globe to show up unexpectedly in my desert mail box bringing with it a relieved sense of joy.
(would this make a good FT mantra?)
I love Monkey Island.![]()
2014 CNY Holiday Schedule (affects 1/23/2014 ~ 2/10/2014)
Dear Valued Customers,
The Lunar New Year (Year of Horse) holiday is around the corner -- the holiday that is celebrated by dozens of cultures in Asia including people in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and many more. To these cultures, this holiday is so important that it is celebrated and treated much like, if not more than, how Western cultures celebrates the Christmas.
This holiday is particularly important to a majority of Chinese who work away from home. To them, the Lunar New Year or CNY is likely their only chance in the year to go home and visit their family. Like it or not, the holiday completely shuts down factories, suppliers, and distribution centers alike.
fasttech's holiday arrangement for this year's CNY holiday is as follows:
Official holiday for fasttech: 7 business days from January 25, 2014 to February 4, 2014.
All operations resume on February 5, 2014 at 9:30am Hong Kong Time.

These also apply to merchants (drop shippers).

- Orders: all in stock orders are queued for shipment on or shortly after February 5, 2013. Some items may require extra time -- ETA will be displayed on product pages.
- Support: no support is available between these dates.
February 5, 2014 onward:

* Orders placed before the holiday, and are scheduled to ship during the holiday, will not be shipped until after the holiday. *
Keep in mind not all suppliers and factories that FastTech works with resume work on February 5, 2014. FastTech will update the stock status displayed on each product page to show an ETA of each product's post holiday shipping date.

Have never ordered from Fasttech or anywhere in china for that matter. Just wondering if they're legit? Are the products they sell genuine? Not clones/counterfeits/knock offs? If it says its a certain model from a certain company will I get the real deal? I am getting a VV/VW mod soon, and have found a few I like that are significantly cheaper at fasttech than any where else.

If they state that it's "Authentic" then it is,eg "Authentic Innokin VTR".
The rest are clones, knockoffs, counterfeits, etc, some of them work just fine and some are just junk.
Shipping takes a while so ya gotta be patient.
Customer service can be slow and fustrating for some but they are not trying to rip anybody off and you will get your items or a refund in the end.
What is it you're looking at anyway? A lot of places stateside sell the same clones. Keep that in mind

I'm NOT looking for a clone, I looking for a legit, genuine AVP. Was looking for something for relatively inexpensive, so at first I was looking at the Vamo V5, which was about $25 less @ Fasttech. However, I just came across the sigelei legend and initially I found it in US for $65, and Fasttech for $56, but just now I found it IN US for $44+$5 shipping. Still have to check out a few more and watch review videos on them, but I really like the design of the legend.
FT is also really good about warranties. I had a problem with part of a mech mod, and they replaced it immediately, just on the strength of the photos I sent showing the problem.
No offense mate, but I always thought Sigelei was a clone maker. That looks awful similar to the evic.
Don't get me wrong, I buy clones. Many clones perform better than the original.. that debate can run for eons.
