ordered a month ago, maybe more?
I am not expecting fast shipping, or even timely. Just some confirmation that the package exists and is en route. 4 weeks without a working tracking number.

oh well.

im good at this game. let life happen and be pleasantly surprised when a possibly intoxicated purchase made in the wee hours of the night circumnavigates half the globe to show up unexpectedly in my desert mail box bringing with it a relieved sense of joy.

(would this make a good FT mantra?)

I only ordered from FT once, planning on ordering more after Chinese New Year tho.

All I can say is that my items were sent to singapore and SGP never updated the status nor did my local postage office until it got into my mailbox. Took 23 days in total from SGP to my place during the month of December.

FT on the other hand gives good service IMHO. A couple of my items says it needs 15 days to be shipped but after 6 days from ordering, everything was shipped already.

Hope this helped.

2014 CNY Holiday Schedule (affects 1/23/2014 ~ 2/10/2014)
Dear Valued Customers,

The Lunar New Year (Year of Horse) holiday is around the corner -- the holiday that is celebrated by dozens of cultures in Asia including people in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and many more. To these cultures, this holiday is so important that it is celebrated and treated much like, if not more than, how Western cultures celebrates the Christmas.

This holiday is particularly important to a majority of Chinese who work away from home. To them, the Lunar New Year or CNY is likely their only chance in the year to go home and visit their family. Like it or not, the holiday completely shuts down factories, suppliers, and distribution centers alike.

fasttech's holiday arrangement for this year's CNY holiday is as follows:

Official holiday for fasttech: 7 business days from January 25, 2014 to February 4, 2014.

All operations resume on February 5, 2014 at 9:30am Hong Kong Time.

Effects on orders and support:
These also apply to merchants (drop shippers).

NOW to January 22, 2013 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: all orders scheduled to ship within these dates are shipped before the holiday.
- Support: all tickets are replied to before the holiday.

** scheduled shipping date is displayed at the bottom of the shopping cart page, as well as in your FastTech account > order history page. **

January 23, 2013 and January 24, 2014 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: FastTech /tries/ to ship all orders scheduled to ship within these dates. Orders may or may not get shipped before the holiday.
- Support: FastTech /tries/ to respond to tickets updated within these dates. Response may or may not be available before the holiday.

January 25, 2013 and February 4, 2014 (dates inclusive, HKT):
- Orders: all in stock orders are queued for shipment on or shortly after February 5, 2013. Some items may require extra time -- ETA will be displayed on product pages.
- Support: no support is available between these dates.

February 5, 2014 onward:
- Orders: shipping resumes. Extra processing time may be required due to holiday backlogs.
- Support: CS resumes work but response time will be delayed due to backlogs.

February 10, 2014 onward:
- Everything is expected to be normal again.

* Orders placed before the holiday, and are scheduled to ship during the holiday, will not be shipped until after the holiday. *

Keep in mind not all suppliers and factories that FastTech works with resume work on February 5, 2014. FastTech will update the stock status displayed on each product page to show an ETA of each product's post holiday shipping date.

Thank you and we wish you a prosperous Year of Horse!

Speaking of FT support

supportpic_zps8b796475.jpg

I ordered these two items
https://www.fasttech.com/p/1549201 x2
and
https://www.fasttech.com/p/1549100 x1

Notice what I got in the package
2 kits and a drip tip

Not biggie, opened a ticket...they are shipping me the coils, and I get to keep the $1~ drip tip (which actually looks pretty decent on my AGA-T2

Oh and by the way those little ST-10 310mAh Rechargeable Starter Kit are pretty darn good, filled the 1ml bottom coil clearo (like micro protanks 510 threaded) with some Shamrock Shake, vaped HARD on these little guys, the emptied the 1ml tank an the battery was still chugging...my wife doesn't like the big ol' mods like the Vamo, and I tried to get her to use the 510-X rigs, I got these in the hope I could get her back on quitting...wish me luck

To whomever asked about VB and/or Sweden post shipments to the USA, my only experience was ~3 weeks (20 days). It's a long trip, it goes from China to Singapore (1600 mi.), then to Sweden (another 1600 mi.) and then the USA East coast customs (NY, another 1600 mi.). My guess is this applies to FastTech as well. If you live on the west coast, this is the longest "direct" route I can imagine short of going south of the equator.

LD and anyone else, if you don't get your FT package in 2 months from shipment you should get a refund pretty fast, I did. My suggestion, place a ticket after a month of no-show and get the ball rolling.

Obviously, nobody can blame FT once it's been shipped. It's not a conspiracy of overseas shipping, even USPS screws up. Bad product is another matter, but anyone can get screwed the same way by a US vendor. I guess I've been lucky, that and I like reviews first. Being in a hurry to get the "new thing" before anyone else is a crapshot.

Question: Has anyone gotten "loose" batteries shipped lately? A friend needs some so I'm sending mine, E-bay prices are still insulting and I would like to try FT for them one more time. They never came last Oct. and I had to get a refund. Do I have to pick the shipping option or should I leave it up to FT?

Have never ordered from Fasttech or anywhere in china for that matter. Just wondering if they're legit? Are the products they sell genuine? Not clones/counterfeits/knock offs? If it says its a certain model from a certain company will I get the real deal? I am getting a VV/VW mod soon, and have found a few I like that are significantly cheaper at fasttech than any where else.

Mostly clones and rip offs.
They do the job however

If they state that it's "Authentic" then it is,eg "Authentic Innokin VTR".

The rest are clones, knockoffs, counterfeits, etc, some of them work just fine and some are just junk.

Shipping takes a while so ya gotta be patient.

Customer service can be slow and fustrating for some but they are not trying to rip anybody off and you will get your items or a refund in the end.

Thanks for the reply. Luckily, the mod that I'm now about 99% sure I'm going to get, I just found in the US for only $9 more. If I do in fact get that one, I'll just pay the extra $9. Even though the fasttech listing says "Authentic", in the discussions area, 2 different people reported that it's missing the brand logo that is supposed to be located right beneath the fire button

I could care less about the logo, but if they skip on that, maybe they skip on the quality of the internals. $9 is not worth a battery potentially blowing up in my face.

What is it you're looking at anyway? A lot of places stateside sell the same clones. Keep that in mind

I'm NOT looking for a clone, I looking for a legit, genuine AVP. Was looking for something for relatively inexpensive, so at first I was looking at the Vamo V5, which was about $25 less @ Fasttech. However, I just came across the sigelei legend and initially I found it in US for $65, and Fasttech for $56, but just now I found it IN US for $44+$5 shipping. Still have to check out a few more and watch review videos on them, but I really like the design of the legend.

No offense mate, but I always thought Sigelei was a clone maker. That looks awful similar to the evic.

Don't get me wrong, I buy clones. Many clones perform better than the original.. that debate can run for eons.

Sigelei is a clone maker. That's what they do in life.

As has been said, and it's worth repeating: on FT, if it says 'authentic' then it is. The Innokins are authentic, the Kangertech stuff, if labelled as authentic, are. The clones are often termed '-style', and they are frequently by Tobeco or HCigar. If you read the discussions of a product on the FT forums, there are posters who can identify the clone maker very quickly, since not all clones were created equal.

FT is also really good about warranties. I had a problem with part of a mech mod, and they replaced it immediately, just on the strength of the photos I sent showing the problem.

They did the same with my nemy clone issue. Actually gave me a couple choices and I said just put it with my next order.

Just wish I would not have chosen sing post with this last order and chose hong kong.

Sigelei is a "kind of" a clone maker, but I view them a bit differently because they don't do 1:1;s as much as they riff off the original ... they always have some sort of spin that it a bit unique to them as a manufacturer. The Sigelei legend is most definitely modeled after the Evic, but its not an exact replica.
