I totally agree, it takes a lot of getting used to - especially when clicking the search items on the left menu bar. Sometimes it'll search within e-cigs and sometimes it takes you to an unrelated category.
One tip I have is when you find an item you like, use the little drop-down over by the 'buy' button. That'll often have a list of similar products that may fit your needs.
One thing I found helpful was the box in the upper left side of the screen that says group similar items it helps me a bunch.
Isn't polypro supposed to handle tank crackers too though?

I bought the same clearo but the 7pack, i tried 3 already and they work just fine. I'll cross fingers and hope the other 4 are ok

Everything arrived ok, no padded envelope or bubble wrap, 1 of my pre wrapped coils wasn't wound around the wick, such is life, no biggie
I like the looks of the evod I ordered but more excited about this;

I ordered a replacement head for my evod but it fits the T4 just fine
Going to give it a go tonite to see what I think, then maybe order more...........yeah I know, say it isn't so.....

At least it wasn't anything new, just some backup batteries and Evods. I can't blame FT for it, if its Honkers Customs, just one of those things with importing stuff, but then I paid $20 for something that would have cost me $60 in the UK so I am happy to live with the inconvenience.

I did pay $0.58 "extra" for 5-8 day USPS shipping though.
I ordered an itaste SVD which was shipped last week, but still no show on the HK post tracking as yet, will give it a few more days then ask FT to look into it if nothing changes in the meantime.
Had another order shipped today via Singapore post, that may take a bit longer too as they are having a problem with the smog at the moment caused by the forest fires.

@erichill says they work great with eVod heads. I ordered a pack for myself the 19th, still waiting for it...
finally got my order last friday. almost everything was good but a recharging box that had rust on the 18650 batter contacts. not that big of a deal since i really just wanted it for a mod case. both svds work great and the cobra rba is working great after 4 coil set -ups, bit of a learning curve lol. thinking of picking up a kts mech and couple rda's now that i can do a pretty good coil now!
Verdict is in.....T4 have a less airy draw (2 air holes instead of 3 on the evods) this holds much more and I can put my own drip tip on it, will definately be ordering more...........
Can't wait for mine to arrive... own any mods? Does it have eGo cone threading or 510?

I'm not going to submit a ticket for the T4. It seems like more hassle than $3 is worth. If I really like it, I'll order more in different colors and give the red to my mom since it's her favorite color. I'm loving the protank. My drip tip is colored differently. It looks just like the picture that was posted earlier by lilmrsyeti (which I added below). My X8 batteries are next in line to arrive. They were all supposed to be one shipment, but it was broken into three. So I received today's first shipment, the blue X8 next, and the silver X8 last.
