Does anyone have problem with FT switching your shipping to Singapore Post? I have cancelled 2 orders because I thought it was my fault but now I'm sure they're doing it.I don't want to go through the hassle of cancel/reorder because according to them, they can't change it once your order is set. Is it any slower for those who have done SP and live in the US?

I ordered one a few days ago, champagne color since the choice was limited. Opened a ticket later to solve a minor issue and ended up talking with then about a few things they should consider. One of them was the black k100. Now I really want one, and the one I ordered is yet to arrive.

I really hate fasttech...

Least you are getting more than a two sentence response from them. That's all they seem to reply to me. My first response was three days ago telling me they'll check with their warehouse staff. Then they ask for a clearer picture...send that, and they just now emailed again stating they'll check with their warehouse staff....umm, isn't that what you were doing 3 days ago?? I've never seen a Customer service run like they do. They throw your message in a Que and just who ever gets it, answers your latest message. So it's not one person you are responding with. Oh well...I'm starting to think that was 32 bucks down the drain and I'll just have to buy another Vamo from another Vendor.

I wonder if talking with PayPal or suggesting to FT that it's time you talk to PayPal would light a fire.

My 3 packages all transited through Singapore Post with no problems. The tracking number was fine and the parcels arrived within 14 days (weekends included). I honestly can't tell you if it will be faster/slower to the US, because I'm here in the wild Middle East, but I had absolutely no problems.

IMHO there is no cause for worry.

from the day i heard about the dial a volt auto battery from v4l i fell in love with the idea of auto switch.
$38 after 20% disc is good but the only problem is $25 for shipping and no tracking that's the worst part of it.

but at least i can have affair with the auto battery @ FT.;)

i am pretty sure that it wont be the same quality of the V4L version

As long as it is within Paypal's allotted time for non-receipt of goods they will light a fire under their ......ie, if a vendor says they will ship in lets say 2 days then the vendor has to prove that they did with tracking etc. I had that happen where a vendor said they shipped and they gave me a tracking number, but there was never any action with tracking. I brought it to the attention to Paypal that a tracking number means nothing if an item never leaves their store. It would be very easy for a company to say they shipped, pay for their postage and never send your goods. In my case it only took 4 days after I escalated my claim and Paypal sent me a refund.

I finally got another response again from them..this time, another once sentence reply..."does it look like you package was opened then re-taped?" A question I already answered. I have been VERY polite so far with them. Just all please and Thank you. This time, I finally was not so nice. Was not mean though either. Here is what I wrote...


Not that I could tell. It pretty much looked just like my first order package, just smaller. If you all can't send me a new one, for what ever reason, just let me know instead of all this one sentence messages you all have been sending me. This is going on a week, and still not have an answer as to what you all are planning on doing with my Missing Vamo. Just please let me know one way or the other where I can start Dispute charges through Pay Pal, if needed. I've answered every question you all have had, sent pictures. This should have already been decided on when I sent a clear picture of the front, showing the Date on the package and the weight. My order had 7 items in it, and only weighed 0.319. There was no way a Vamo, weighing as much as it does, was ever in that package. I'm not trying to sound mean or rude..but after this many days something should have already happened. I placed this order on the June 16th, with good faith that I would have the Vamo in my hands. I don't have much money to keep spending on all of this. That is why I chose your company to buy from instead of Stateside. Because you all sell quality products at reasonable prices. I'm just trying to stay off of Cigarettes to live a healthier life..but can't hardly do it when I don't receive some of my order. Please let me know something on this. Thank you!"

I received my package, just not everything that was supposed to be in it. The most expensive item in the package, a SS Vamo, was missing from my package. I do need to go to Pay Pals website and see what all they say about disputing charges.
