Smoking the x9 with blueberry now. I like the draw. With that said just placed another order last night for my father who is a 55 year smoker. I got him vaping with me and he needs more batteries. Ordered the following.

https://www.fasttech.com/products/1369803

https://www.fasttech.com/products/1382802

https://www.fasttech.com/products/1390601

https://www.fasttech.com/products/1365600

This should keep him busy for a while and out of my hair. lol

Nice choices, if you don't use the Evods yourself, you might want to get him a pack of spare heads then you can ignore him for longer.

Well...okay. I guess I can wait a few more hours before, well, before...well, nothing, really.

But this SO frustrating.

Another day, and nothing but crickets.

And I'm relatively certain it's the 4th in HK now. (So much for shipping - late - when they restocked on the 3rd.)

So thus far, I give them an A for deals, and a "You fail miserably" for customer service. I understand not everyone feels this way, but that's my take on FT given the facts on the ground.

I understand how you feel, but here's the thing. FastTech is a trade-off between price and patience. That's how it works. They also offer better guarantees than many do. If you're in a hurry - Mom & Pop store (and pay the premium). That's just my take on it and is not legally binding. Terms and conditions may vary.

I hear you. They are taking orders for items they don't have in stock, and they are estimating how long (x business days) it will take to restock.
Its not your fault or us vapers, its Fasttech taking money for goods they don't actually have.
Its not because everyone orders and makes it popular. They clearly know they don't have the goods because they put the x business days to ship on the page.
They are not being truthful with their responses to people when they open a ticket - the "rare case" answer is too common.

I am pleased with the SVD I bought from them - like you they made me wait with excuses because they didn't actually have it in stock.

I am not new to ordering internationally. I've been doing it for over a year. This is the only vendor I've come across that does this - takes money without having the goods, says it will ship in so many business days when it will take longer, and gives excuses that are obviously canned and not the real reason.

I like some of Fasttech's products, but I'm not going to cover up this aspect of what they do, and I'm not going to blame the vapers who order. I've posted about them doing this before so its something they keep doing to people. They need to stop taking money for stuff they don't even have in stock.

it took a solid 2 weeks for my vamo v3 to get shipped, then i had it a week later (today)

i'm liking the vamo, batteries, and charger..... but i'm not a fan of the evods i got with it. dry hits, plastic taste, blehhhhhhh. also, of the 2 i tried, one read 2.5 ohms and one read 2.3 ohms. just throwing that out there.

Thank you, Counsel. ;-)

I do understand. It just ticks me off to high heaven, that's all.

Absolutely correct. . If you buy with the assumption that you won't see your order for a month.. you'll be much happier lol.. i just don't track anymore.

Yep. I know my patience would wear thin ordering something that wasn't going to ship out right away. I've been waiting for certain things to show up as in stock for a while, I can have patience there. But once I buy it SF is enough of a test of my patience.

I also know that "X days" is "we expect it to go out in X days" unless it's Amazon where "X days" means "X days unless you pay us extra to get us to ship it out today".

Two weeks?!?! Criminey.

At least I'm about 2/3 of the way through that.

Thank goodness they don't celebrate Independence Day over there.

There doesn't really seem to be any rhyme or reason to whose orders get shafted and whose get shipped quickly though, does there? Total crap shoot as far as I can tell.

(FWIW, I don't think I'd buy any knockoff heads from them though. Spooky to me.)

If every international order was like them I'd agree. But I've ordered from other vendors overseas - including China, and this issue doesn't happen. Fasttech don't have a good stock and advertise system - they are deliberately taking payments for goods they don't have.
I'm used to waiting 2 weeks for orders - its been part of my vaping experience. But what I can say is that every vendor I've ordered from has shipped within 1-2 days from ordering - except Fasttech.

I think that when this happens people should let them know they aren't happy. Its not usual for a vendor to do this - let them know.
Being patient just encourages them to keep taking money for goods they haven't got.
