just got my empire clone and my kamry K200. im really digging the empire. super simple and a sturdy build. the K200 is nice as well, but it may be a little noisy for some. the 5 buttons on it are metal and if you shake it, they will rattle. but as far as function, the thing works in the entire voltage range that its advertised at which is 3 - 6 volts. its a very sturdy build as well. has some nice weight to it, and the anodizing on the body seems to be pretty good quality. at least on par with some of my anodized motocross bike parts.
the waiting for the shipping is the worst part about fastech though. almost a month to get from singapore to japan...that is unacceptable, so it may be my last order with them. oh, and the cartos that they ship with the X8's i think, are complete garbage. tried to fill 2, and neither one would work woth a damn on either of the new mods, and MVP, 2 spinners and 2 regular eGos... the tiniest bit of vapor trickled out. one of the cartos ohmed out at 6.9 ohms on my meter...just trash.

My Fourth of July Vapemail Overhaul is all arriving today. My mailman must hate me. I'm expecting five Vapemail packages today (one is fasttech) and a t-shirt that I ordered off TeeFury a week or so ago that the post office has sent to the wrong city, twice.

I'm so excited! I think our mailman runs two routes every other week. I don't know. Sometimes, we get mail at 9:45am, and other days, we get mail at 4:00pm. I hope today is a 9:45 day!

AMP Tank - Avid Vaper Wow, so not only is it a US$120 tank, they are using an HH357 atty in there as well. That's a nice looking tank, but wow, that is a pricey piece of equipment.

Give it a few weeks, fasttech will have a clone.

I got a dual coil version of this at my local vape shop the other day. Its a tank carto that is built like my 510 bridgeless atty. I have been using it exclusively every since. Its great and I plan to get alot more to replace my evods. It has a tight draw and a very clean flavor, I just ordered some pyrex DCT's to go with it. Its a poor mans amp tank.

Hahaha no. I liked the skull tip, so I bought myself one, and my friends loved the dragon tips (we have an inside joke about dragons), so I bought each of them one.

been playing with this X8 carto tank, and its pretty slick. the carto that came with it isnt very good, but what is cool is, there is a threaded filler hole at the top, but also one on the bottom, but no 2nd threaded screw. started looking at it, and removed the screw from the top. guess what? the screw is pointed. so what its secondary purpose is, is as a carto punch. you line up a new carto just as you would with a regular punch, and make the holes. now, it is tougher to do since the head of this screw isnt very big, but it works. not sure if they advertise it this way, but i can confirm it works.

Omg in went crazy over the holiday weekend. I ordered an itaste, evod kit for my daughter, extra evods, Protank,a few rebuildables, a good charger, driptips, vivi novas and more. This is my sixth order and had an issue with a KGO battery which they sent a new one after I returned the defective battery. I am very happy with fasttech.

i am really digging this K100 mech. its absolutely the simplest setup i have used yet. and it will take pretty much any battery you throw at it. i can def. see myself getting another one, just maybe not from fasttech if i can find one of comparable price. just dont want to wait a month for it to show up. vaping on the k100 with some MBV555 at the moment. interesting take on the 555, but its honestly not terrible. i kinda like it.

The 2nd hole on the bottom cap has a few functions. If yours came without a screw then you can put the screw for the fill hole in there when adding juice so it doesn't roll away somewhere. If it did come with a 2nd screw in the bottom cap it can be used to lock in the carto that's in the tank to avoid slipping. Prepunched cartos may benefit from that but if you punch yourself then there is no need for the lock. It sits in there pretty firm from the tube of the carto being slightly warped after punching. And yes, the carto that comes with it sucks.

I was thinking on getting a 6 pk of 650 omh ego batteries(about $4 ea). I use a Vision Spinner and always have it set at 3.8. Correct me if I am wrong but don't they run at about 3.7 ohm or 3.6 omh. . So not much of a difference and if I lose on not a big deal. I'll get some spare T3s' and coils too and maybe even a pro-tank or evod.

I love using the vivi novas so I'm reading this with interest. I was going to try a Protank - maybe I'll wait and get an AMP tank. Those are a bit pricey though.
This seems to come down to the airiness of draw that a person is used to?

I'm an airy draw person, but the Protank is far too airy... I mind it somewhat, I'll use them until I run out of heads.

i have nothing against fast tech....i've heard both good and bad things about them. and i know that most of the products i buy from american stores come from china. but for some reason, i would rather buy from american stores and support american small business. if that is silly or naive, so be it.

your logic here seems misguided

you'd rather support a middle man who buys chinese products and marks them up? why? if you were talking about an american made product like a provari you were buying on it's own merit, i could understand. if you're buying a marked up chinese product, guess what? the lion's share of your money is still going to china. also, why even post this in here?
