Hey guys, it's been a while because I haven't bought anything new (and don't want to be tempted to do so :p)... Anyway, I thought I'd drop a review of my fasttech atomizers after using them all for a month. I use ego-vv batteries only with 100% VG juice.

1) Mini-vivi nova: $3.52 Mini VIVI NOVA Detachable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer (2.0mL) - purple at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
PROS: Great vaping experience - good draw/vapor production/flavor... probably a 7/10
CONS: One of my connectors broke after 1 wash. I just washed it in hot water and it stopped working after :/

2) ego-threaded vivi nova: $2.95 Mini VIVI NOVA Detachable Electronic Cigarette Atomizer (2.5mL) - purple / 2.4
PROS: Great vaping experience... 7/10... survived washing!
CONS: Heads not interchangable with those from #1... inconsistent production? I have 1 that seems to have a much tighter draw than the others :/ Still works, though

3) Kanger protank: $16.11 Kanger Protank Clearomizer with Pyrex Glass Tank (2.5mL) - authentic Kangertech product / silver / 2.5
PROS: Wow, this really surprised me because I didn't like it too much at first... but the reliability (no dry hits ever, consistently great) and simplicity (easy to fill, no tipping to use) has really changed my mind. 9/10 for me
CONS: I like the warmer vapes from top coils (but i'm starting to change my mind) and it's a bit to big and heavy for me to carry around... also the tip is non-detachable :/

4) CE4s: $1.81 CE4 Electronic Cigarettes Round Mouth Atomizer (1.6mL) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
PROS: cheap and consistent: 7/10 for vaping experience... great for backup, I guess.
CONS: after I washed them, they started falling apart... the rubber rings started to fall out and the tips deformed under boiling water (lesson learned)

My next purchase is probably going to be some small bottom coil atomizers... I'll keep you all updated!

Because I'm a noob and didn't appreciate at the time I ordered (a couple of weeks ago) the importance of a good charger and batteries...

The learning curve is steep, for me anyway. Seriously, what I'm I climbing here, Everest?

Three months ago I was smoking a Prosmoke (total crap, of course), then onto Egos, now Vamo, thinking of RDAs (and ordered one from Fasttech, just in case, of course 'cause it's too f$%*ing easy to just click and order).

Learning, learning, and wasting some $$ occasionally as I go. Still better than smoking cigs, right?

bookmarking a spot! The MVPs on FT are the real deal right? Thinking of snagging one... ever since i got some spinners for the wife's starter kit I now need a VV/VW option :)

Just to let you know, the current MVP is not VW, only VV. It's still a good apv though. Supposedly they are coming out with a new version of the MVP (Innokin, not fasttech) that will have VW but I am not sure when.

The MVP isn't, but this one is:
http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/...e-vw-v30-7-in-1-variable-voltage-rechargeable

It's also made by Innokin like the MVP. I am getting mine in just a few hours. I have that battery but it's VV only, so I'm glad to get the VV/VW option since it'll be my first. All of my Innokin batteries are great. I have the MVP too. They are great quality, easy to operate, and look nice.

I can definitely imagine there will be inconsistency issues with any FT stuff. That's the Chinese way! Faster faster FASTER! QC... What's that? Lol.

But if you get a dud, at least they are nice about giving you a new one. That's the thing.... they KNOW there will be duds. But its cheaper to just replace them then try to weed them out.

I see you and others have had an issue with original Vision Spinners. FT at least give the 6 month warranty on defective items.

Well after reading through here I decided to give FT a shot. I ordered a MVP and it arrived in about 11 days, not bad especially for the price.

I have had it now three days and I seem to have an issue, after vaping for about 12 hours it just shuts off and will not turn on until I plug it in to a power source. The light is still green at the time, only time I see the yellow and red is when I turn it on. Is this normal or has anyone else had this issue?

I should note, as soon as I plug it into a power source, the lights will do their thing, and on the display it will show -E- (that should read dash-three horizontal dashes(not letter E)-dash) Does anyone know what this means? After letting it charge until the green light goes out, the MVP works as it should for about 12 hours and then it just shuts down again. Figured I would ask here if this is common before starting the FT return. Thanks.

People here have said it lasts two or three days between charges (or even until it gets to yellow) so that doesn't sound right, unless you can drain a 1300mah ego battery in about 6 hours of your normal use?
There are a number of regular posters in this thread who have an MVP and I am sure they will give you some advice.

Never seen the -E message before or heard of it on the MVP(have 2)

Is the puff counter resetting?.It's meant to do something like you describe when it gets past 999 on the puff counter but that would mean you are getting through a 1000 puffs in 12hrs which means you are vaping at Olympic level:toast:

Open a ticket with FT and get a replacement.

It's happened to mine too. Same batch probably. I already have a ticket out, but lately mine seems to be alright if i charge it every other day, but yeah, mine hasn't gone to yellow either. Guess I should send it in, but concerned I'll get one out of the same batch.

That sounds like a manufacturing flaw of some type. I would contact innokin and see what they have to say about it but I am sure that FT will just ship you another no problem.

I have never seen that message on my screen. I do plug in almost every night however. Take pee, wash face, brush teeth, plug in batteries, sleep :)
