Also, what else am I going to need to set up a mech? I have some 18650 batteries here that I use in the vamo, they are these ones:

Can I use those in the mech? I see some people say to get protected batteries, some say to get a fuse, some say to get a kick/stomp, etc, etc. I'm just looking for a completely different setup then what I already have, which is a Vamo/Spinner with the tanks I listed.
The all brass Sentinel clone is a great mech in my opinion. Those batteries linked are good too, as are any IMR from trusted brands like AW and Efest. As far as a fuse that's up to you, I don't use one, many do. Read up on battery safety and mechanical mod safety. I would put off getting a kick to see if you'll really want one. If you do, you'll need to use batts smaller than those 18650s, like 18490s and 18350s.
Going from a VAMO to a mech you're dropping all the safety features, such as protection from shorts, reverse battery protection, low battery protection, button cut-off; so read up on how to use them safely. Feel free to tell yourself you need only one mech, but don't be surprised if a month later you own 5 lol.
