Well that's what I did and then I put the 20 iclear 16's on a diff order. We'll see if it actually ships now, been sitting there for a week already and I'm not pleased. I'm out of kits and have people asking me for them

Yeah on my order they were all listed as ready to ship. The next morning my 1.50 bottle of liquid said ships in 5 days (or something like that) and was holding up the order. Then it took another day for it to show up as shipped.

My guess is time zones.

Also I didn't know you could do that and decided to try when I saw it.

You can get that same Nitecore-i4 on FT for $18.43 with code "BLF" ;o)
The Nitecore-i2 is $14.30 with the same code
Once again,(Myk knows what I'm talking about ;P) This 5% off code(BLF) works on all chargers, batteries, and flashlights you have in your order :D

Hadn't actually checked FT's price in a day or two, the i4 used to be ~$22ish on FT, appears they've lowered it a bit.

Nice heads up on the discount code!

@MKY:

No need too be name calling me here, you called me a liar,i think you are too upset and need too calm down a bit.BTW...i read in your previous pots and you stack cheap Ultrafire batts in the Vamo...this is NOT SAFE and you say i dont know what im talkn about, you need too relax.

If I had taken your advise, I would have purchased more batteries. When I asked you about one's to buy, you had no answer for that. As for you saying these "Wont work" with what I bought, means just that, don't work. So, if he called ya a liar, then technically he is correct based off of your feedback, then you come to say they will work.. I'll trust Myk as he seems to know what he is talking about and not some random poster.

I am going to be totally honest on the battery issue. You all have confused me to the point that I am unsure what IS ok in my mechs and is not.

So the Panasonic CHs I got from fast tech are only going in my Vamo and the older IW IMRs I got from somewhere else are going in my mechs. I KNOW the IW IMRs are the safer sort.

Sometimes alot of debate just ends up confusing the rest of us. :(

I agree with you on the Mango. when I first got it, I took 2 hits off the RBA and it didn't trip my trigger.
I accidentally filled an iclear16 with it a few days later and I've been hooked on it ever since... puts off huge plumes of vapor too.
The Liqua American Blend is really good too.
I'm interested to hear what the beer flavor tastes like along with everyone else.
Hey, do me a favor and let me know... when you get your SVD if the edges on it are all sharp. the one I got appears as if every part on it somehow skipped the finishing process. I'm curious what others look like. I'm talking every single machined spot on it, especially the machined slots in the bottom cap.

My SVD arrived from FastTech just over a week ago. If by the bottom cap you mean the extra shiny part you unscrew to get the batteries in or out, mine is not very sharp. If I work at it I can feel that the slots are not real smooth, but I wouldn't call them sharp.

Now the "decorative" slots on the telescoping tube (that says Itaste SVD on it) are distinctly sharp. I wouldn't call them unfinished; they seem to be meant ot be that way. Every review I have seen for the SVD has commented on the decorative slots being rather sharp in the hand. (For the record, it doesn't bother me...)

arrived in my order yesterday.

Every channel cut in this mod is very abrupt and almost sharp. TO the point that using it is rubbing my hands raw. I am going to be picking up some orings at the hardware store and putting those in every cut channel that does not have a vent hole in it. It is a SOLID mod and I love that the button is easier to press than my K100 so it is worth the effort to fix the ridge issue to me.

Just thought you all would want to know that it can be an issue for those whose hands are not "toughened up".

I don't actually need another VV/VW mod, but I might go for the 510 connection flashlight head if they sold it separately, just for S&Gs...

I feel the same way.

Thats why I asked him to sum up the batteries (which he did here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...read-all-fasttech-posts-436.html#post10329946) I don't mean any offence to you or anyone else, but if the batteries being discussed aren't on fasttech this isn't the thread for it. That post explains the relevant and popular fasttech batteries (minus the sony 30amp) as best as I've seen anyone one explain them. If anyone wants to chime in with more, informed info that they can back up, feel free. If not, then thats all the info we have right now about the batteries that should be being discussed in this topic, as this is a fasttech topic and not a battery topic. This "discussion" (lets call it that to be nice) has really gone on long enough, considering what you have said is exactly right, once it spreads over like 5 pages there is so much crap everywhere it gets confusing for everyone else and is just causing clutter and asking people to second guess themselves.

My advice? Read the post I just linked. If you still have some reservations running a particular battery in a MECH, pick up a fuse.

NOOOOOOO don't say that :( I have one on the way. I'm probably going to break it down, get some Brasso and rub the crap out of it till it's glowing tho, so I hope that wears it down some :(

You could also just pickup an inexpensive knife honing/sharpening stone and use that to smooth all the edges. you would be able to do that without scarring or sanding the rest of the aesthetic surfaces that would make it look bad. That would be a whole lot better looking that a bunch of o-rings at least.

You are right, I would expect those decorative slots to be relatively prominent. I'm talking about every other edge on it, the top ring corners, the raised tubes around the buttons, everything on mine is VERY sharp. The decorative slots in the telescope tubes where the letting is at are actually the least sharp of all the edges on mine.

We need a top feeder that is pluid friendly so we can vape all the fun flavors. The glass smoke vivi doesn't really deliver a warm enough vape for my taste.

This takes us away from the FT thread (apologies in advance), but I recently got a Smoktech Redux clearo from MadVapes specifically because I could also get a stainless replacement tube for it. I got this for a steampunk project where I don't want any plastic showing, but it should also stand up to Pluid pretty well. I've been using the Redux with the original plastic tube and I am really enjoying the vape. The major drawback to the SS setup is that it turns the clearomizer into an opaqueomizer... Filling will be "interesting" (I plan to use a syringe), and knowing when to refill will be a matter of waiting for that first dry hit.

So, yeah, a glass top coil would be nice... But what about a carto tank with a dual coil or a top coil carto? Would that be warm enough? FT may have some pyrex carto tanks (though some of their pyrex has turned out to be plastic).

I received all three of my first fasttech orders and I can say I am impressed.
Husband loves the K100 and K101. Here are some pics..

k100black.jpgK101pic2.jpg

These attys are nice (its whats on the red one), but they do benefit from an immediate rebuild, and a inside wash. The oil they use should be washed off. (makes the vape taste oily, why he rebuilt it)
Since this atty is so tiny I would suggest a light and magnifier if you are sight challanged.
(I watched my husband rebuild it, but I couldn't do it)
The blue atty on the K100 is a Smok RDA.

Would be a good solution if I had any clue how to use a sharpening stone. I am one of those awful women that just takes her knives in to be sharpened. I used to let the hubby sharpen them until he managed to do something stupid and slice his hand which resulted in stitches and me being chastised in the waiting room at midnight by the drunks there for letting him sharpen knives. :p (insult to injury the emergency room bill was $285 and our deductible is $300).
