Has anyone ever returned anything to fasttech? I sent my Vamo back to them 32 days ago and they have not received it yet and wont send a replacement until they receive the faulty one.

Is this a normal kind of time scale or should I be worrying?

Did you get a tracking number when you shipped it back?

I am glad I found this thread - I ordered over $100 worth of kit and then waited and waited - finally I get a box tossed to me by a sailor from the deck of a tramp steamer - inside is an apology note from FT and 2 cartons of Marlboro Reds Shorts in the box.

Seriously - I have ordered several times and look for a week to pass before checking status - works better this way...

Yay my order finally shows accepted by HK post. !6 days after showing shipped by FT. I don't mind the wait at all but I worry when no movement for 2 weeks that it is lost. Seems like they could update after 10 or so days.
Yep, my K100 just processed through HK as well

Maybe they had a huge backlog, perhaps due to the typhoon they had over there.
I'm glad its on the move..I will be happy to receive it whenever it gets here.
It has not soured me on FT...my wish list is still quite full, lol

And I plan to get EVERYTHING on it, lol

I have been ordering from Fasttech for awhile now. I was eyeballing a co-op and after prices were quoted and a bit of time went by I decided to just order on my own since the final co-op price ended up being higher with the shipping and 'free samples' that had to be bought to test them out. Anyway, I love Fasttech, great deals, free shipping, and I get to test out & PIF many more PVs than I would otherwise be able to if I had to pay for the genuine articles, which are usually WAY OUT of my budget range =] Every time I start eyeballing a new $159 PV that sells in the classies for $250, I scroll through 200 pages of Fasttech vape gear and drop a $100 on 6-9 months worth of goodies! I just bought 3 mods, tanks, atomizer heads, anodized drip tips, and.... oh yes, a JADE drip tip! I am really excited to have a jade drip tip! I hope it's a gorgeous dark green, but if it's lighter green, hey... IT'S JADE!!!

I am pleased with them, and really, two to three weeks shipping when I get to try many more items that I could never have afforded otherwise is a good thing to me.

I notice that orders that are in the backlog seem to be around the same dates.
Something extraordinary must have happened, because I have been getting my orders pretty consistently within 10 days or so.

I can see right now I will have to get some furniture for my drip tip collection.....

True... but the price isn't. This has been a trend lately with "kits" having a lack of value on FT. Better off buying separate. $16.04
You can get an 1100 twist battery $12.69
Evod $2.65
(19cm)eGo charger 1.67
total= $17.01 plus having the option to choose colors. "kit" = BS :p

Imho, the best starter kit would be what you linked but with iclear16s instead of evods :p that's what i'm giving everyone :p

True it may have been due to a storm. It's just unusual to take that long to be accepted by HK post. I'm just glad it isn't lost. I have made many orders and never had any problems so guess I got impatient. My next one is a biggie though starting to get into mech mods. Love the red k100. I have had real bad luck with the us po. Out of the last 6 months my vape mail has been put in someone else's box 5 times. My neighbor showed up yesterday with a pkg of wick she found near the mailboxes -someone had put wrong address so she brought it to me. No wonder they are going out of business.

That is a really UNIQUE mod, tA71ana!!! Make sure to post a review on it on Fasttech! I am really pleased with the reviewers being so thorough on Fasttech... The mods I ordered all have reviews listing the good AND the bad, how to fix it, what to watch out for, and the like... soft threads, power button needs to be screwed down flush, spring may need to be replaced... Just a few small issues that I can watch out for, it's still well worth the prices I pay! It's not like I'll need to buy a $130 replacemnt spring :p

If they are having problems they could make a blanket statement on their site. They manage to take the orders/money just fine. No one has a problem with natural disasters that is quite understandable.

 System is automated after all................It should be able to manage emails and notifications even if people are drowning trying to get there to fill orders. :D

Thanks Scope! I have to stealth though at my cubicle it sucks lol, they might think something bad if I'm holding a wire to my mouth heh.

Maybe you could carry a 9v battery around licking the terminals to get them used to the idea first.

I've noticed prices seem to be inching up. Not necessarily raising prices but getting higher priced goods. Things put into my wishlist early are much cheaper than later additions.
