Stolen from HellHound on FT forums .... has anyone tried these companies. Comments seem to indicate that they are more accurate in revealing what is really going on with packages.

Help with Tracking........ Ideas to "calm your anxiety" .....
As Geek & Jasmine have said using Honk Kong Post is a bit "Erratic" to say the least & FT have (in the Main) moved over to Singapore Post which is a lot lot better, However, you have to "pay the Tally man" (As we say here in the UK) .. Meaning for every GOOD move theres an equally BAD side to it.

And its the same with Singapore post .. they are FAR BETTER than Hong Kong Post in dispatching parcels around the world ..BUT ..... Their Web Portal updating is DIABOLICAL & their Web interface is "Mind Numbingly Slow"......

However, i thought i might list here the various companies / systems that MAY help you track your various parcels as they speed their merry way from FT headquarters to your Post box

OK then theres 6 Tracking databases to try if you continually get the "Cannot be found" "tag" from Singapore Post Web Portal ..... There are others but those are the "Best" 6 for you to try.

BTW, If your a UK resident Royal Mail CANNOT "track" a Parcel UNTIL ITS DELIVERED !!!!!! ..... (How STUPID is THAT!!!) .... So don't even bother inputting the Track Number ..... talk about a "THICK" system !!!!

I was going to buy a private v2 brass+copper+stainless today and now its out of stock lol. I put in for an email to let me know when back in, but do you guys know if they will for sure be getting it back? if so how long does it usually take for them to restock on that stuff? Any help is appreciated thanks!

There is a comment in their forums that they are having problems with their suppliers because of Christmas coming up. Apparently the big box stores are starting their Christmas prep about now.

I have noticed that there is a banner on the top left side of the main photo page if the item is discontinued.
They have never notified me of anything coming back into stock - and I have seen it written here and on their reviews that people got their orders by checking back. So my best guess has been to copy the link and check back every week.

I expect shipping to take a long time, so this not a whine just a inquiry...

So when a products says ships next day, it doesn't really, I ordered saturday and of course didn't expect it to ship sunday, but now 5:30pm Monday in HK and my order still says packing, is that normal for FT?

I know FT are having trouble with replying to emails at the moment but they haven't replied to any of my messages in the last 10 days... weird.

Nailz sir, It will say packing until it finally leaves their facility. Then you will get the notice of it being in HK. Once it leaves there things move along pretty quick in my experience. My last order was placed on the 22nd, shipped on the 23rd, hit HK on the 25th, and arrived here in philly on the 29th. I've been very happy with the service and products. Hope that helps.

Btw, the airflow on the ithaka is amazing, 0 noise, smooth draw. I'll probably order another one when i can figure out how to run dual coils successfully

Their customer service has ground to a snails pace. They are really slipping. I've ordered from FT maybe ten times including twice a couple of years ago, long before they were carrying e-stuff but once my current order is completed, I plan on letting them settle down some before I even consider another.

I truly think the E-cigg market has overtaxed their capabilities.

Doubt they are in as bad of a condition as many here are trying to create.
Placed an order a few weeks ago, everything went smooth as silk and order is here and in use.
Placed an order last week with one piece marked for 9-2 restock. All pieces have now verified Ready for Ship. They may be temporarily slowed down due to unknown reasons. Weather has played a big role over there lately. However this should pass in weeks to come.

REMEMBER - People don't just need to get back to work after a Natural disaster. They also have to pick up the pieces of their personal lives. Home/Family/etc.

BIG NOTICE: If you cannot handle the pressure now.............DO not place any orders after END OF SEPTEMBER. China is the Biggest Exporter in the world and transportation CANNOT keep up. Shipping times Stretch to 3-4 times normal and longer.
6 Day shipping can easily become a month.

I got 30 of them with my first order, they are a resistance/no resistance setup and they work pretty good, by careful when dry burning them as they are pretty delicate. You can "doubt" any thing you want but they are taking 3 days or more to respond to tickets and then seem to be just firing one line delaying responses. We never heard of this a month or two ago. Maybe, but now I think YOU are the one "creating" unless you ordered from FT last year at this time. But, the point is mute because I haven't said a word about shipping time and if you read my post you would know that. I am talking about the customer service and responding to problems. Nothing to do with the "pressure" of shipping.

I am starting to understand what "Fanboi" means now.

When they did good I sang their praise and defended them when the "buy Merican" crowd cam in. Now it appears that they are having some problems and I will say that as well.

A the end of the day, they are a shop, there shouldn't be fanboys and haters, if the total package is acceptable (price and shipping and service) to you you use them, if not you go somewhere else.

That being said, service level seems to have dropped a bit, shipping is a few days longer for me for the last few, but I am very price orientated so I will continue to order. If it took a month to get stuff I still would, just order earlier.

Got my KDX10 mini Protank1 clone, it has a glass tank and seems very well made, certainly on a par with the Kanger.

The Hangsen RY4 is very nice, caramely with a hint of blackcurrent undertones, I was very pleasantly surprised as I don't tend to like the tobacco juices. I will definitely get more.

Liquorice is very nice and black tea tastes like black tea but didn't really enjoy vaping whole tankfuls, I will drip the rest.
