Looks like fasttech is doing away with free USPS shipping. It now defaults to free International Airmail. I found this out when my latest 'shipped order' email didn't have a tracking number.
Well that puts the kibosh on my obsessive tracking checks, lol
Looks like I spoke too soon as it seems to be only some items that aren't defaulting to free USPS. I added a random clearo and it was $1 USPS defaulting on the airmail, I added a nemesis clone and it went back to free USPS. I just gotta pay attention next time I'm ordering.

I thought I read somewhere that there was a minimum $ amount of the order (really low) to get the free USPS.
Question:
I ordered a boatload of stuff from Fasttech on September 2. I got a notification that it shipped on the 4th. I have been checking the tracking number, and as of today (the 7th), it is still sitting in Hong Kong. Is this normal? Is it just not updating? How long from now should it reach the east coast of the us? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, that's pretty normal. Fastest I've ever had was 7 days, but an average would be 12-14 days for me, and I'm on the East Coast.
No worries. I've done a dozen or so FT orders and one of mine is on the exact same date track as yours. Just waiting for some room in a half empty container in the shipping yard. My average and from what I've read here for a couple months has been 10 business days.
I have had an order in "packaging" for a day and a half now. I've usually seen just a few hours.

I ordered on 8/30......"shipped" on 8/31........and it still says Hong Kong now! LOL The bad part is that my Chi You is in it!!! I actually have a folding knife coming in the order as well. I sure hope it is better than the razor blades I got. HAHA

It will tap down if needed. Remove the screw, place it on something so there is a gap under the pin, tap the center post with something, check, repeat. It's just pressed into the center insulator and can be adjusted, carefully.
