So many people think long transit means your juice has been steeping when in fact all it's been doing is sitting.
Steeping doesn't start until you remove the cap which cannot be done in a sealed box.
Sure many people steep differently but the only thing that's not different is cap removal.

Sorry, but NO.
Chemical reactions start the minute the ingredients are mixed.
Removing the cap helps with liquids containing High Flavor amounts, to vent off excessive Perfume odors and with Mixes containing Alcohol, to allow evaporation.
Cap off also starts Nicotine oxidation.
Shaking does much more than leaving a top off as it increases dispersion.

Anyone think Vender Pre-steeped liquids sit with no tops? ................ Don't think I'd be buying any.

I DIY and normally will place a finished mix in Hot water with cap off, about 30 minutes, to vent any gases expelled. Squeeze the bottle to exchange air and shake several times.
Next it is Cap on and into the storage closet for a few days to a few weeks depending on the Mix. Daily shaking is recommended.

Yes I know. Couldn't finish my post. Mom needed me (Alzheimers). Got distracted and clicked submit too soon.

kind of a record... I received 8 small orders in one day. One big order it took 2 days of going to the post office for them to find it. Contrary to all the info I found on the internet with E-cig related stuff having around a 3% duty tax. I was hit with a 9% duty plus $5.50 postal handling fee. I don't know how they came up with "thier Value" of what I ordered but I'm 99% sure my package was never opened. Who knows? I do know a lot of my orders are not coming into San Fran and are landing in Chicago. Which is nearby but oddly enough takes days longer than the trip from SF.

70+ pages in 3 days? So this thread is busting out over 20+ pages a day... Don't know how much longer I can hang. As much as I can't stand to skip pages it may have to happen or a bow out gracefully could be in order.

I've changed my DIY process to now where I mix the flavors in glass vials and steep with the Ultrasonic for a couple of hours and then into the drawer for a very long (min 4 weeks typically). None of it is with the cap off now. I don't add the nic/pg/vg until I'm ready to use it and when I do, I let it sit cap off for a few hours or overnight at that time. This method has been working out very well for me.

Wrong.
I've only had 2 DIY liquids I've steeped with cap removed. They were ones I mixed too strong. All I do is shake, which happens during shipping.

Cap off in my house generally means dog hair in so that is not desirable and if it can be avoided is avoided.

Mine was accepted 43 minutes before yours and I aint got nuttin'. Perhaps it fell off the cart when they were pulling it to the conveyor, at which point it then accidentally got kicked under the new arrivals. :(

I think there's still hope, I've seen a few emails like mine in the last day or two... it must be a BIG pile.

Oh I love this thread. Reading about fellow vapers also anxiously awaiting orders from FastTech ;) I also find it ironic and amusing that I kicked one horrible expensive addiction with a really cool one that comes with gadgets :) So I am having a difficult time making a decision but I want one of these for my collection. All gold brass mechs, similar in price and reviews. I am determined to order one tonight but can't decide. Since I have received such wonderful support and advice from this forum thus far I figured I would ask you guys. Basically my criteria is rugged durability, reliability and longevity. Basically which one is the best? I am hoping the responses will help me make a decision.

I have the second one the chiablo, it hits like a monster and works very well, I will say it seems one of my tubes is a bit out of round as the threads are a bit wonky, has a tight spot when adjusting for the battery. I really like it and have an ATTY in the mail for it. Fasttech doesn't seem to have many atomizers in gold that strike my fancy.

I haven't seen a lot of people try Singapore mail yet but right now we KNOW that there is a good chance of delay with HK Post so I would give Singapore a turn.
