I've got a pretty good one. A couple of orders from early September sat in HK for a bit, and finally made it to San Francisco.

One sat on "departed SF facility" for 3 days and I thought "hmm must just be slow updating." it finally updates.... And in 3 days it made it all the way from SF to Santa Ana! LOL... To top it off, it departed Santa Ana and proceeded to make it all the way to Anaheim!

Come on California, I know times are tough, but having mailmen transport packages on foot isn't the way to go!

Well, I ordered batts on the 23rd. A total of six 14500. They were shipped out and "processed" through San Fran on the 29th. They were packs of two in a plastic battery case. I was surprised that they shipped so soon. I wonder now if the plastic case made the difference or they "flew under the wire" so to speak. So maybe, if they pack them right, It will still be able to ship air. Then again maybe they did the "old foil trick" (this still bothers me). I don't know. I guess we'll see.

On another note, this package has been in transit since with no updates, and it hasn't arrived yet. Normally, it's in the box the 2nd day after. Looks like HKP isn't the only posty with issues right now. Just hope for no more safety problems for our postal workers.
Well, I got this order today(10 days from order to here) :). I also got one with mostly juice(16 days from order to here) :):). I opened he packages, and the batts and the juice was covered with foil . I guess the plastic boxes for the batts wasn't enough?. I don't understand it, and I'm glad my orders came, but I'm afraid this will catch up to FT. If it does, we may have to find another source as it may impact them from doing ANY business if they're trying to pull a FastOne. Maybe I'm off track here?

Just for letting anyone interested know...there was no updates from San Fran to here (NC, east coast) until it hit my posty

What, are you nuts? They can get 5 bucks out of those... even though I think they might be included from the mfg. One of the many ways US vendors have driven us to FastTech...

The one vendor did. I like a case per battery. So 2 Aws and 2 cases. Pretty sad if you think about it. The batteries came bubble wrap not even in the cases.

The link on that forum might work, but I hate to wait 2 to 4 weeks and then it won't screw in. I have an EGO charger and the ring around the connection prevents the battery from screwing on. The 510-X is a fatter battery than a regular 510. Searching google pictures i found this one,

Notice how the connection sticks out. Only problem is I can't find it in stock anywhere.

The battery is nice for a cig-a-like, been using it all day so far with a 510 XL carto. First battery lasted about 4 hours.

What about this one?

if you have a 510 to 510 adapter you might be able to use that to extend the post on the charger out enough tobe able to screw on the battery.

I remember when a 4GB Flash Drive was The Cat's Meow.

I bought it for my daughter at school. Stupid me. She left it in her desk and sticky fingers now owns it. Sticky finger also own the japanese erasers I bought her that look like zoo animals.

This just proves no matter what economic background you go to or come from.... humans are one of the lowest species on the planet.

I have some Mach 3 razors on the way. From what I understand they are made by Gillette, but are meant for sale in Asian countries. At that price, if they only last half as long as the Mach 3 I get here it's still a great deal.

For everyone in the USA that has been ordering from fasttech during their holidays :

Are you ordering using Singapore Post or USPS?

I want to order but I am really scared about carrier of shipping. I have heard bad things about Singapore Post. On the flip side if i go USPS it goes through HK post, which im sure almost everyone is familiar with how bad it is over there right now.

Has anyone ever used Singapore post to USA? If so, how was your experience.

Buy a straight razor and shave like a man!

I'm just playing but honestly I haven't had to buy blades in almost two years. Just put my razor to the strop and get a way better shave than I ever did with the cartridges.

Ok rant over.

All of my 4 orders went Singapore Post. I don't remember being able to choose the carrier. I simply choose the FREE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED option.

Singapore Post was fine.

Me and straight razors don't get along. Last time I used one I ended up the hospital for 2 days. My youngest son, who was 3 at the time, came running in the bathroom and bashed into me. I nearly sliced my jugular.

How many people are waiting till the holiday is over to order from FT, this is going to be my first order and it shall be large by my standards, about 150$ worth of stuff, I just was wondering the normal turn around time?

Assume 2-3 weeks, split your order into 2 or 3 to have less chance of the US customs department charging you duty, $150 of FT prices will show as about $30-50 on the paperwork but if Customs check the parcel out they will use high US valuations for the product, they could value that $150 at $300 and charge you the duty on that amount.
