The batteries I purchased from FT in August were boxed in pairs in good, sturdy plastic cases and then thoroughly bubble-wrapped. The ones I got from a local vendor here were just put in a bubble envelope. Guess whose packaging I trust????
On a happier note, my last package from late September has arrived (15 days, which is totally normal for here - my post office might even have made an effort...
OK, I really didn't need it, but given as to how nice it is to use and how well it works, and how pretty-shiny it is as well, it's definitely going to be used. A lot.
I actually managed the feat of 15 days without ordering anything vape-related from anywhere...until my colleagues needed more eliquid and I just so felt I had to had to had to order some (plus some more heads and little stuff)...yeah, right...I was just looking for an excuse... now I REALLY don't need anything until, uh, November???
The irony is that, at least as far as I can tell, two batteries in the plastic battery box is no good but one battery in each box (up to 8 per package) is OK. None of it makes a whole lot of sense. It's almost like -- lithium batteries are dangerous so they need to be packaged and labeled a certain way, unless it's a huge pack in a laptop so for practical reasons, sure, everyone carry one aboard. Silly safety theatre at work.

Grr, ordered on the 4th 'shipped' on teh 5th and still the tracking number shows nothing. Sent a mail to them and they basically said to be patient. I knew there might be a delay in shipment if I got batteries so I purposely did not order any. I am not known for patience when my money has been given for a service or product and I'm left empty handed.
It's only been 10 days, if you wanted it quick you shouldn't of ordered from china, some people are waiting over a month for their packages, if you get your package in 2-3 weeks, then your one of the lucky ones.
I was lucky, I ordered coils on the 27th September, and I got them today, not to bad time wise, had coils anyway, so was in no rush

It seems that their holiday week created all kind of problems with postal services. In my particular case a package with no batteries got sent back on monday but my order was from the 27th...same problem as you, no update on the tracking until one day i got a msg with a new tracking number.
It's only been 10 days, if you wanted it quick you shouldn't of ordered from china, some people are waiting over a month for their packages, if you get your package in 2-3 weeks, then your one of the lucky ones.

You're already making accusations and haven't even given it time. Minimum is normally 3-5 days to show in acceptance. USPS new tracking system is effecting that. I just confirmed a package at HKP through another system that USPS still shows as non-existent.
christopher columbus himself could have shipped me my RDAs faster than this. (was an on purpose order to see how fast their free shipping was). already made and received two orders from them since then that used the usps option.

I'm just reporting what people in the help forum at FT had said about batteries and the foil (since I never got mine).It is an international law that has been around but HK post had not implemented it until Sept. I got tired of not getting any answers on my order and moved on. I have ordered from Europe many times and never has one problem in tracking and it did not take a month. If I had known shipping would take a month I would have never ordered batteries in the first place just to save $8.But since this I have found other venders to buy from.
