I have the SS Chi Laser etched version ( https://www.fasttech.com/p/1438500 ) and I have not been happy with it... and it's the one everyone said was the best quality. Just based on what I have, I'd recommend a Nemesis ( https://www.fasttech.com/p/1448300 ), it has the silver contact pins like you want and it's my second-best mod... second only to my new brass Chi clone.
Not sure if you care but keep in mind the Chi You has a larger OD than the Nemesis... I think its 3-4mm difference.

Great choice! I LOVE the Nemesis design. I have a Chi and Caravella clone, but I think the Nemesis is my favorite. It sure is easy on the eyes, and hits like a champ.

Same here. At first I was tasting the wire a lot more than I usually do on a new build, but now it's starting to break in and getting better. The throat hit and nic buzz are BRUTAL. I read somewhere getting the coil closer to the airhole should mellow out the TH a bit.

I'll have to try that tomorrow. I'm really liking using this on my mechs but damn...
That's why I don't use my Ithaka much anymore, too much nocitine and I don't wanna start having 2 strengths of juice all over the place

Did you notice the two newest Chi-Yous, the laser engraved (instead of laser etched) with silver plated pins in brass or SS? They are the HCigar versions. The older brass one beat out the SS, but they may be more equal with the newest ones now.

My recommendation would be stock cheap Hangsen 6mg from Vb, they are not shipping via SGP yet but i bought before from them and they sell genuine hangsen 50mL in it's original package for 3,50(they charge for shipping tho)


Long story short, the first Ithaka(without logo) i got from FT has developed rust in the chimney and the top cap, i hadn't opened it for at least 2 weeks because i kept refilling it with just removing the little cap with the o-ring. I'll try with a dremel later to polish it, but the fact that it rusted with moo juice from mtbakervapor doesn't give me much confidence. :S

Yea I saw them but the wife put a buy-stop on my vaping for a while.
All I can do is wish for a couple of months. I've got 2 more orders that will trickle in from FT, but after that, no more vapemail for me for a while. I might get one in Feb or so...

They sat on the order for about 10 days, before I finally asked when it would ship. They then told me they couldn't ship e-liquids, and would I exchange the e-liquids for something else? So I did.

I think people had better check with them, before they order, to see if eliquids are now being shipped. Otherwise, they were very nice and the Hangsens looked like a good deal...ah, the problems with shipping.....

I got the shipping E-mail yesterday with the picture of my package. I can hardly wait. I feel like a kid at christmas. Just so the people wondering know I ordered on Oct-24 and it was supposedly shipped yesterday. Of course tracking says nothing yet. Hopefully in a couple of weeks.

I haven't seen much complaining about that... I know they have said they won't ship them, but as far as I know, stuff is only getting bounced because of batteries and cells.
Are they actually screening out liquids now as well?

Idk, SGP sent my nemesis back to VB and it was the only thing on the package. It seems at least with SGP that the holiday week created a whole lot of problems we aren't even aware of.

Rust in the Ithaka!!! I hate to hear that. Now I'll be keeping an eye on mine....

Both tracking numbers are showing up on http://www.17track.net/ That's a big improvement. For weeks they have been MIA. Neither has touched American soil yet, as far as I can tell. Orders were placed 10/08 and 10/17.

Well, 3 of my FT orders are moving, #1 Juice, #2 eCab [internal battery], #3 Podiac. The package with the MVP2/eGos [internal batteries] was returned to FT and there is no update after 10/18. I'm hoping that my MVP2/eGos make it through and magically arrive in my mail box like every else has been reporting with packages from 10/11

October 2013, severe restrictions, checks on all shipments..... Tiananmen car incident.
