It appears that I have received Divine approval. I awoke to a brand new MVP2 this morning and haven't set it down since. I worked all day yesterday so I'm not sure if it was a neighbor who dropped it off or my wife just bought a new one (I hope not). Since I don't see any new charges on the credit card and I'm not aware of any B&M's that carry the version 2, I think a neighbor left it. My wife was not giving coherent answers at 5:30 this morning.

As for that starter kit, not a bad deal at all. The local B&M's sell ego chargers for about $9.00 a pop! I could not bring myself to pay that, even though I knew that it made no logical sense.

Yay, My order that was placed on 10/14/2013 and shipped on 10/18/2013 is finnaly in acceptance. After not showing up on any tracking site for 2 weeks I would say it's making progress.
Also thanks for the heads up on the 101 deal on the MVP 2 I have been using it all weekend ordered it on 10/29/13 arrived on 11/01/2013 this is helping me get through the long wait on my SVD.

yea it always does that for me... Once HKP finally releases the damn thing, it goes real fast... from China to my doorstep in 3-4 days.
Well my very first order placed on Oct 24th is now in acceptance. Tracking started working today. I was surprised. I expected it to be longer.
Anyone got their Kick clones yet? I'd like to know if the stop firing below 3.5 or 3.4v remaining on the battery
Nice. Two orders that were placed a week and a half ago are in San Fran already. Another one (Nemesis) has been processed through Hong Kong. Just waiting on them to ship my Kayfun now. Looks like FT is back on track.
I can't help by think that HKP is giving FastTech the run around, and many other Chinese companies as well. They get a package, run it through, reject it, return it to FastTech, FastTech sends it BACK to HKP, and the package is miraculously 'Processed through the HKP'. Is it greased palms? Because my tracking label never changed :/ Rejected by one HKP employee and approved by another? I don't know...
Which website offers that summary information? My orders (RC114080134HK,RT200811874HK) seem to be stuck in the mud. They'll be stuck in the snow if they arrive here tomorrow. We're expecting 4 inches of snow.

I was just about to mention the Kick clone has been quite excellent so far. coming from someone who really didn't have much interest in these but I had an application I wanted to try it on being I'm exclusive to Mechs. I have used it with the Red FT Trustfire IMR 18350 batteries with claim 800mAh. Test subject a 2.4ohm microcoil in an RDA and cranked kick to 12 watts and haven't looked back. Ahh no PWM... I vaped so long on it that I was sure no cutoff was going to happen and was going to undervolt the battery. I kept listening for it without worry of destroying the cheap azz battery. I was amazed how long the battery lasted before it did hit and pause then hit and pause. I switched batties and when I got home and slapped it on the VP1 it said 3.21 volts. Kick fits perfectly in my Astro clone. Works in my brass M16 and TVS without mods as long and you position the middle tube correctly. The King/Chi swallow this thing and will need biz card trick to fill in the gap. Didn't seem to fit in the Tri colored Private v2 which is my sub ohm workhorse but most things are possible with modding. I will have to try in others and update but I hope some of this is useful.
