At least they told you.i just happened to look at the Hong Kong website last night and when i entered my tracking number it said it has been shipped back to FT Oct 29.so i asked the question on my fast tech ticket she asked if i wanted a refund or reship.it just seems they could have told me they got it back.could have shaved a few days off from the resend.this time without batteries.
Regarding the 17 days between the "shipping" notice and showing up on the tracking system .... I believe that FastTech may have held that package. Same thing happened to me. It fits with the dysfunctional way that the company operates. The workers that package the merchandise and label it are assigning tracking numbers. That's when we get notified of the tracking number. From that point there seems to be a bottleneck. American businesses respect the principle of sequential delivery. It's only fair that older orders ship first. FastTech doesn't care about that. Or, at least the workers loading the trucks don't care about it.
There is a difference between a bad experience with FT like yours and people who have never and will never use FT posting negative opinions repeatedly. One helps the rest of us make educated decisions and the others are simply trolling.

Yep, like I said before, I have one stuck from the 24th as well. They are in a bin some where, pushed off to the side. I am starting to believe they may have gotten stuck in with some other over seas orders because that is also about that day that they announced up to 15 day hold on packages not bound for U.S. But that is only a theory. My plan was to waite 15 days (tomorrow) and then open a ticket.

This has happened to an order i placed for an m16 clone and trident clone on oct 10th. I asked for a refund and they gave me a spiel that they cant refund yet as packages are still moving despite being returned to sender status.

Just saw that an open order I have with Fast Tech was cancelled. It had been accepted in Hong Kong on Oct 28th. The order contained 2 batteries so I assume that is why it was cancelled. I'm not mad about it, knew it was a risk when I ordered. My question is this.....how good are Fast Tech about refunding money? I started a ticket and asked that the funds be put on my account for future purchases. Haven't run into this before and just wanted an idea how good they are about this.

I dont know how fast they do it for shipped and cancelled orders.
But I have canceled ordered myself before they shipped and used the 'credit' option, and had the credit on my account basically instantly.
So I would guess...and this is only a guess...if they canceled the order and you have now requested a credit, you will get it as soon as they process your ticket.

Apparently, there was a bigsnafu over the VTR on FT.

YeeeeeeeeeeeeeSSSSSSSSS, My VTR is packaging. It is! It is! Good for FT! Geek said yesterday that they would make sure the ones that were ordered with 3-day stocking (the ones from Oct. 29th, I think) would definitely be shipped.
I do think that there is a serious shortage of available VTRs from FT's supplier. FT may have had to cancel orders placed after their initial stock at their supplier's was used up, I don't know. The gray one is now listed as sold out, although there seem to be "army green" ones available.
I cancelled my order yesterday. Based on earlier posts in this thread, I ordered the VTR, two 3400 mAh pannys, and some eliquid for $9 more than the FT price without the liquid at a US vendor. And my order was placed 01Nov, so it would have been a LONG wait......
I'm thinking it was worth the $9 diference.....

To be honest, I have saved about $60-$70 so if it takes a while I don't mind, obviously I hope it's sooner than later.

My last order had some regular batteries in it and it was a 41 day wait. I wanted to get some ego kits foir new vapers and just wanted to know if they ship riught out or if Hong Kong post is still holding up battery orders.
