I really don't get this, it's less than 3 weeks from order when someone has made a conscious decision to import goods from halfway around the world and they are raising a paypal dispute because it hasn't arrived yet. Just pay US prices and get your goods fast.

I agree! I've never considered disputing any of my orders. My 10/08 order is celebrating it's one month anniversary in a USPS truck somewhere in America. My 10/17 order is still at large. I'm not happy about the delays, but involving Paypal in the matter never crossed my mind.

My last order is still showing "Posted on the 21st" ordered on the 17th, I'm going to file a dispute with Paypal today.

And make sure you tell them it's for ecig related items.

well, one of my orders was placed on the 30th of sept. The money was taken out of my account. The item didn't ship until the 10th of Oct. (stocking), then it didn't post as 'accepted' until the 21st of Oct. It hasn't moved or changed since. No batteries, liquid or other banned items.

I'm not worried over the money, but time is running out on this one if I wanted to file a dispute. I will likely just see this one through even though its possible I could lose my money. I've lost more than this playing poker with the guys, its all a gamble to me.

One only has five weeks to dispute through paypal. It's all been a guessing game with shipping lately with little to no 'real' communication from FT. I know it's not their fault, but you can't blame people for being concerned.

Again, until this loosens, there is a higher chance for packages consisting of only e-liquid and/or lithium batteries to be returned to us by shipping carriers. When they are returned, we will fully refund customers and cancel their affected orders.

I am venturing to guess mine was returned. Went over my order. Perhaps playstation 3 remotes contain lithium batteries? I did have two of them in there for my son. :(

+1 .. We all know it takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks. I would wait at least a month or just contact FT before going ahead with filing disputes with PP.

If you would please explain how my order not containing liquid or batteries with all items being in stock ships out on the 17th of October two days before two other orders placed on the same day both of which contained batteries one order of egos which have arrived first on Oct 28th and the other a k1001 kit which was returned to FT and resent and still arrived on Nov 3rd. ...
I understand every order is being scanned and the wait it longer than usual, I understand it coming from "half way around the world", This is not my first FT order. , I'm not in a hurry for the order, but I'm not about to throw money away.
So should I sit on my .... like everyone else and let the clock run and then preach "It's only money oh well better luck next time"

Wish I had your money.

So what do you feel is the appropriate time frame before taking action, please do tell?\

BTW I have received the same copy/paste response from FT twice now this week

No, I'm pretty sure they don't contain batteries of any kind. I don't own a PS3, but I have taken apart xbox controllers to repair. I really don't know what to think in this case.

Ft is really a mess right now. My spending is done there for now. I hope everything works out

I have ordered a ps3 controller also. It says rechargeable so I'm assuming it has some type of battery in it. Right now my order says origin preparing shipment so will see if it makes it. Have quite a few other things in the order including a sid. All of my individual batteries have made it through so far. When you are posting inquiries w/FT wait for a response before you post another. Each time you post it resets in the system and you go back to the bottom of the list.

It usually takes 24 hours for them to respond. So basically it is a two day conversation. Rough, but if you want it on the expensive side, its worth it.

PS3 remotes have a built in battery. It's all I can figure that would cause issue. Rest was a 6 in 1 USB charge port not a battery, a lightning cable, plastic boxes, a 2 in 1 charging dock for the remotes, and mini screwdriver set.

From what I read they do contain Li Ion batteries.

1800mah 3.7 battery pack. If they replacements are correct they are similar to tablet batteries.

Link from HK Post. Edited.. the link.. sorry if a repost I ma not a board warrior. http://www.hongkongpost.hk/eng/publications/notices/2013/20131025a/index.htm

"Moreover, the senders will not be entitled to any postage refund and may be liable to prosecution."

I can't find the link but have read if HK can seize the package and not return if they determine the sender was trying to circumvent the system. I wish I could find that link.

Edit sorry if this has been posted before..

From November 6th, particular for our friends across the pond, not sure what that actually means.

That's what I get for trying to help Santa for my son at a discounted price. Gonna have to warn the elves too.

I also got the 7" youmi tablet this week with the 60.00 price. I am really impressed with it for a first tablet. I had to do some research to sync it to my desktop but for the price is well worth it.

I really hope you have fun with it! Enjoy it!

Mine is doing very well in its new home. I had no idea there were so many fun apps to use with it. Also, reading ebooks and listening to audiobooks is great.

son of a mother.....I wish I had come across this thread before I placed an order with Fasttech.

it must be pick and choose. I have placed 4 orders and each has arrived in 6 days including weekend from date shipped. I have one order now comming through.. it will probably be the one, though.

I have had 15 orders since last year, all have been just fine. Ever since 9/11 shipping seems to have been a mess, but things may be getting back to normal once the sep/oct bottleneck gets cleared. Maggie- I just wanted something I could slave off my desktop ie recipes etc so could take it to the kitchen instead of printing a copy out. This is perfect for what I needed. Haven't tried any games yet but will experiment. The one you got may be better for that with more memory.
