sigh.

For anyone with a stuck in acceptance in September,,,,,,,,,,,,,basically,,,,,,,,you wait.

I got this response to my request for a refund (again) today.

We are processing this, and will complete in short time.

You can refer to info here,

Refund Status Thread: September USPS (LK....HK) + Stuck in "Acceptance" State: FastTech Forums

Their link says (in part) this:

We're expecting refunds to commence soon (within a week) and this thread serves as a progress update for customers whose orders are stuck.

Specifically, this thread is about orders that match the following criterias:

1. Shipped within September 2013, and
2. came with a LK....HK tracking number, and
3. the only status shown on the USPS tracking site is "Acceptance".

Current Status of Refunds (11/7/2013)

fasttech was told by Hong Kong Post that all stuck USPS packages have been transported to a local HK post drop off office. HK post is now sorting the packages and will return physical packages to us by the coming Monday our time (11/11/2013). As soon as physical packages are received, fasttech will immediately commence refunding.

Why couldn't fasttech do this sooner?

We have been focusing on R....HK packages (i.e. Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail). We started on the USPS packages immediately after those airmail packages were done.

In addition, if you check tracking on the Hong Kong Post site, you may see that your package is "returned". We normally can refund these right away but, life is never that simple. Unfortunately, due to various mess ups at Hong Kong Post, this "returned" status is wrong on many occasions. Seeing a "returned" status does not 100% mean your package isn't still on its way to you.

so basically you wait until they feel like admitting your package HAS BEEN returned to them.

I hope no one else has been dealing with this mess, but it sounds like lots of people are.

Wow..I do feel bad for you. Seems there is more and more of this going on now too. Shipping lately has been sketchy for sure. I have about five small orders that are stuck right now, and like you said I'm playing the waiting game.

Funny thing is, some of the other orders I placed along with these have got here in good time. It just doesn't add up.

I have opened tickets and got the same generic replies as everyone else. Don't know of anything else to do for now. Well, except to file a dispute. I just didn't want to go there, but it may be the only thing left that one could do ( if it's not too late :().

I hope things will work out soon for you

Angled 510 Colored Stainless Steel Drip Tip Adapter [05-B-10-4] - $2.39

Tower 510 Colored Stainless Steel Drip Tip [05-B-1-5] - $2.39

The tower driptips are advertised many places now =]

I'll be using both of these for toppers:

Acrylic Display Stand/Organizer for E-Cigarette 24-compartment - SKU 1510000
https://www.fasttech.com/p/1510000

Acrylic 16 Hole Display Stand for E-Cigarette fits devices up to 63/64"(25mm) in diameter - SKU 1508703
https://www.fasttech.com/p/1508703

I am very interested in the Kanger EVOD batteries! Specifically as an alternative to my eGos that I take to work for stealth vaping =] I like the button! i think you've convinced me to go ahead and test them out! <3

There is just something different about the EVOD batteries. I don't know what or why but they just match up well w/ any topper and give such a consistent vape. I hope you like them. I am nervous about ordering another battery from FT but I don't want to pay $22 dollars for the EVOD vv batt.
I love those acrylic stands. I am going to try some.
I got some of these for my vape cupboard and LOVE Them for my juice:
Amazon.com - Copco 2555-0189 Non-Skid 3-Tier Cabinet Organizer, 10-Inch
They are great! and very inexpensive if you add on to an amazon order. Best vaping purchase I've made. LOL

to top it ALL off, HKP started changing the tracking numbers on random shipments and not notifying FastTech OR the customer. Then, FastTech has NO clue where the package is, or if it ever got delivered... they were still tracking an old number that is now rendered invalid.

One clarification ... It wasn't Hong Kong Post that changed the tracking numbers. It was the shipping company that FastTech uses. The cause of many of our grievances is this unnamed shipping company.

I thought this kit was pretty affordable:

650mah Starter Kit Blister Pack - Black - Vices Electronic Cigarettes

I'm pretty sure it was Lisa that shared the link with us a week ago.

I don't remember posting the link, but I am seeing A LOT of stores clearing stock out in clearance sales and closing up shop.

I've personally been thinking about getting a Kanger EVOD, just hadn't pulled the trigger yet since my MVP2 and eGos got returned to FastTech and then I waited for a bit with no updates, unsure if i'd get a refund or my package would be delivered.

I've just decided to avoid fastTech while they are dealing with the typhoon, package backups at HKP, and refunds. Their holiday season will be starting shortly as well, so i don't want my items caught in that.

I've found these clearance sales and picked up a few blister packs because I have several smokers at work that I have been trying to convert:

$7.00 CE-4 Starter kit with USB charger, 1100 mah battery , Clearomizer [black only] CE-4 electronic smoking starter kits
$7.50 EVOD 650 mah batteries [black, red, blue, & pink] EVOD 650 mah batteries

EDIT: After I posted this, I went to loo at the previous link posted and electricity went out LOL The entire neighborhood, several blocks of traffic lights :p I'm at work now and looking over the page

I agree! I've never considered disputing any of my orders. My 10/08 order is celebrating it's one month anniversary in a USPS truck somewhere in America. My 10/17 order is still at large. I'm not happy about the delays, but involving Paypal in the matter never crossed my mind.

My 10/08 order arrived today. 32 days after placing an order for items listed as "In Stock".

Those are some great prices. I've been looking at this package deal:

900mAh Ego Starter Kit – Minnesota Vapes

It costs $25, but they throw in a 30ml bottle of juice. I would've ordered it last week, but I couldn't decide on a flavor.

EDIT: I'm glad I didn't order it. Just jumped on that $7 CE4 1100 mAh starter kit you shared with us instead. (bought two of them)

yes, that is reasonable. In fact, everything on that site seems fair compared to what I've seen.

I don't mind paying 'reasonable' prices to a vendor that has good business ethics, and at least try to have good costumer service. I know there are some things a company can't control, but sometimes the company shoots themselves in the foot trying to do things they shouldn't.

It goes to show that the market is getting better for this (at least stateside). For every void, there is always a replacement, and there is always someone that can beat the price.

Thanks, Don't need them at the moment but ordered 2, $16.07 with shipping, a Good Deal

So Did I, good price. In blister packs so they should be good. I can hand them out to someone and give them a bottle of juice to get started.

I have placed my first order with Fast Tech ($150) on 10/30. It took a week for shipment to transpire and now it keeps saying "Accepted at Hong Kong" when I do a trace with USPS. Now mind you, I am NOT complaining, I'm just curious about the timeline from others that have placed orders with Fast Tech. How long does it usually take to receive your products after ordering, and how long does it normally sit in Hong Kong? I've read they are having problems with shipments going to other countries but nothing with US orders. So if anyone could enlighten me I would appreciate it. On a side note, I love their prices and their free shipping! Thanks in advance for your help.

There are so many variables. Check on these tracking numbers: RC114080134HK,RT200811874HK

The first one was ordered on 10/08. It shipped 10/12. Arrived 11/09. The second one was ordered 10/17 and shipped 10/18. No idea where it is. All items were listed as "In Stock".

Here's a good tracking website:

17track[Together Tracking], International Registered/Parcel/EMS/Express Tracking System

I can tell you upfront you will love the brass Nemesis. I am also taking a serious liking to that cheapo Rocket tank. It works like a dream.
One hint: take the airflow adjustment screw OUT while you fill it and you will have zero problems with flooding or with getting the juice in the tank. You will need a juice bottle with a soft tip on it to seal against the fill hole and it gets real easy then. The Liqua bottles work perfect for this purpose. The only thing I don't like about it is that it whistles when I draw on it. It gets a little irritating sometimes
