Sorry ,we could not make sure now, we would ship it as soon as it come to us, thanks for your understanding.

I went ahead and requested they ship via HK Post when it does come available. At this point CB also is waiting on a KFL clone I ordered... I'm really considering cancelling one of them and ordering an Aqua instead.

11/18/13 placed order - no batteries, no eliquid, 13 different items ordered - 16 piece total quantity
11/23/13 order shipped - out of focus picture of 1 package attached to order - unable to confirm ship to address or shipping #
11/24/13 to 12/3/13 no information available in regards to tracking # - any search resulted in no information found
12/4/13 submitted ticket for fasttech to track package due to this message from Singapore Post tracking - Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article) which in my mind indicates that a label was printed but that was all
12/5/13 current message when tracking package with Singapore Post Posting Date 05-12-2013, Status Date 05-12-2013, Status Description Despatched to overseas (Country code: US) which indicates to me that the package was never actually taken to Singapore Post until I submitted a tracking request ticket to fasttech

Now I do have to admit when I first saw the 05-12-13 date I was thinking MAY 12th for several minutes until I pulled my head out and realized the rest of the world does day-month-year (which makes more sense than month-day-year if you think about it)

now all my previous orders from Fasttech take 2-3 days from shipping date to reach LA and then 10-12 days from LA to western SD (they all get routed around the whole country - happened with all 3 previous orders) so I get to wait an additional 12-14 days now

My next order from Fasttech (if there is one) will involve me submitting a tracking ticket the day after I get the confirmation that it was shipped

The tracking stays at info received until it passes the customs check at HK, at least that's how I understand it. That's why that stage now takes upto forever compared to a few months ago.

Not sure about the picture now. I am over 10 orders and before I could "Clearly See MY Name and address", now it is blurry. I downloaded the pictures from my current 2 orders, zoomed in and I would bet money these are not pictures of my packages. I enhanced them the best I could and the address lines are just wrong. Where the name is there is a middle initial, but I don't use mine. At the bottom of all the other packages for my address it also had "United States of America", no way the blur says that. JMHO they are giving us fake pictures to make us think the packages are packed and shipped. I have gotten all my previous orders fine, less than 2 weeks except for the first one, but why post a blurry picture when previous orders had a clear picture that you could see your name and address? I got a bad feeling, glad they are both small orders, just over $20 each.

its now nov 5th it says it departed on the 30,and no updates,,i feel all is lost, what do you guys think?

Hey that's the same as my order! Departed same exact day and I've seen nothing in the mailbox and no updates on tracking. It actually makes me feel better that someone else is in my shoes. Maybe not all is lost afterall! Hopefully we'll get our vapemail soon.

I've got you beat by 2 days. Shipped Nov. 1, "Accepted" by Hong Kong Post Nov. 5 and no movement since then. I put in a ticket earlier this week and FT responded that they are checking with the carrier.

It's ego batteries, I placed the order before HK clamped down on all batteries, but didn't ship until right about the time the battery embargo began. I expect it will get returned to FT eventually. No more orders from them until this one gets sorted out.

yea mine has been in the accepted state since the 6th... at least they answered your ticket I got no response on the ticket I sent them Friday.. I knew about the battery shipping problem but they said it wasn't effecting USA orders back then.. all this to save like 20 bucks... I feel like a big dope. lol

Thirty days since shipping, showing only "Acceptance" in Hong Kong. I'm freakin' out.

No batteries in order, just an SVD, i16's, i30's and coil heads.

No need to worry. When usps is really rolling it'll take 3-4 days from SF departure for it to get to me (Chicago). It's busy out there right now with all the shipping and whatnot for the holidays so expect a little delay.

My order left the 1st and hasn't shown up yet either. I wouldn't start getting concerned quite yet.

P.s. Most times you won't get any updates until it's at your local sorting facility.

My latest shipments from FT, using SingPost, are still in acceptance for a week now. Getting a little antsy I started to look at why it would take so long.

I'll admit I suck at Asian geography. What I didn't realize is that it's approximately 2800 miles from Hong Kong (FT HQ) to Singapore. I feel a little better knowing that it'll take a few days for the truck, boat, or whatever to reach Singapore.

Okay, for those that have had a package ship since around the 20th of November, with a LK.....SG tracking number.

Here is what you are in store for.

17track nor singapore post nor USPS will track the package for a couple of weeks. At most you will get something saying "Information Received".

You will need to use Quantium if you want to see the status at this point. Track Shipment(s)

I can tell you exactly when usps and 17track will start to show something besides "Information Received"

That part in bold? Notice how it says 'SINGPOST', that is under the 'Updated Location'. Once it hits Singpost, ie when it is being dispatched from singapore to the US is when you will start to see info from 17track and usps.

Mind you, this package was shipped on the 22nd of November, and today is the first time I am getting tracking on 17track and usps

USPS is now saying this.

So dont expect to see anything on tracking unless you look at quantium for about 2 weeks from when FT says it shipped.

Now the question is....how long does it take to get from Singapore to my house on the east coast. :/

Well yeah. I understand totally. :/

The best I can say is for FUTURE orders, dont choose the standard free shipping option. ie, dont choose this "USPS First-Class FREE " It is what I always used to chose btw. And up until around the 20th of November for US orders, that was always HK Post. It is not anymore.

Use China post epacket, singapore registered airmail, or the new Hong Kong postal upgrade option. I believe they are all free to the US with orders over $15 as well. But you have to click 'view more' shipping options and select them.

ie, one of these.

Registered Airmail via Singapore Post FREE
USPS First-Class ePacket via China Post FREE
USPS First-Class via Hong Kong Post FREE

Which one of those three is the 'best' is difficult to say. But Singapore Post is the only one that will ship built in batteries and liquids. So if you are ordering those, obviously select the registered airmail via singapore post(Unsure if you have to sign for your package though.)

Me personally, any future orders if I make one, I will be choosing either china post epacket(I have heard this is under 2 weeks) or the ole Hong Kong post...well, unless I am ordering an ego battery or liquid.
