Have Y'all seen any good type 18350 batts on there?

Not any I'd use. The Vamo kit with the two Panny hybrid 18650s and the Nitecore charger is good - those are good batteries and a good charger:
$53.33 Vamo-Vivi Stainless Steel Voltage Adjustable E-Cigarette Battery Compartment Set - with Nitecore I2 US battery charger/charger cable/2*Panasonic CGR18650CH 18650 batteries at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I'd pick up the IMR 18350s from RTD vapor or somewhere like that:
Batteries : AW IMR 18350 3.7V 700mAh

Ok - I thought I read some-one on the forum had an order held up because they were combining them. Anyway, I want to see that the SVD actually ships. They said today is the day.

nope if they dont have it in stock at the time or you place multi orders, doesnt matter they ship what they have for the ticket on hand and ship the rest later. have had a couple orders arrive in separate shipments. no matter what i order it is all marked "electronic components" though lol i think they are too big to even notice they are holding 5 tickets for the same person, its just another pull sheet.

on a side note. they are what they are for 4-5 bucks but some of the drippers simply rock once rebuilt ( i dont understand why the chinese cant build a wick/coil)

Ok, need some advice here...........

was looking at ordering some Evods and watched pbusardos vid on how to re-wick, seems easy enough, however capacity is a bit low, then I see the T4's, larger capacity and looks like you can use a regular drip tip. Does anyone know if these are re-wicked in the same manner and if anyone's had experince with either...... tia!

$3.08 EVOD Electronic Cigarettes Round Mouth Atomizer (1.5mL) - silver / 2.6
$3.25 T4 Electronic Cigarettes Round Mouth Atomizer (2.4mL) - green / 2.8

Yea, that's the kit I ordered for my husband...he loves it. Since I already have that Charger for his kit...and 2 batteries...I may just order the SS Vamo from them, tube only...then just get a 350 and 650 batts from the link you posted for RTD...they also sell the 32 wire for rebuilding...11 bucks for 100 feet...that may be the better way to go??

Do you all think the KTS is a good buy from them? $23.81 KTS Electronic Cigarette Battery Compartment at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping Would that be a good beginner Mech for a Noob?

The KTS - looks like my CCTS - except mine has no gold. OK mechanical mods, good price. Mechanical mods are easy for anyone - there's no menu to master etc. But do keep an eye on how low the battery voltage is - ideally don't go below 3.3 v and definitely never go below 2.5 v. If you get the KTS mod you might as well pick up Panasonic IMRs at the same time:
$10.51 Panasonic CGR18650CH Rechargeable 2250mAh 3.7V 18650 Lithium Batteries 2-pack - authentic cells / 2-pack at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

RTD Vapor has them cheaper tho - button top or flat top:
Batteries : Panasonic Hybrid/ IMR CGR18650CH Button Top
Batteries : Panasonic Hybrid/IMR CGR18650CH
You pay shipping but its faster than FT.

And yeah - if you already have charger, I'd say get some AW IMR or Efest IMR 18350 batts from RTD Vapor.

I got the cheaper chrome verson on order right now along with that vamo kit. Its still waiting to be shipped, but I can let you know how I like it in about 2 weeks or so. If you want to check some reviews of the KTS storm it is also called the China GG. Looks like a good starter mech to me.

Now my Noobiness (is that even a word? LOL) is really going to show..since there is no menu or anything, how do you keep a check on your battery voltage? Do you have to keep taking it out and test it, or what? Also, if you shouldn't go below 3.3V, and the 350 batts are 3.7V...doesn't seem like much run time to it?

Really hate asking all these ??..but that's the only way for me to know what's what.

I'll go do some Google searches on it now.

Thanks to all of Y'all for the help!

A battery fresh off the charger will actually be at 4.2 volts. So you will be vaping at 4.2 volts to start with. Usually a vaper can tell when a battery is at a lower voltage because the amount of vapor noticeably drops off. I find this is usually at 3.6 volts.
But... how can you know for sure? This is why people recommend digital mulitmeters. You can test the battery voltage. Here's one:
$12.83 BEST DT-9205M Digital Multimeter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

The problem is - if you over-discharge a battery it isn't safe to use it. e.g AW IMRs can go down to 2.5 volts - but they aren't vaped to that point. Usually people swap them out at 3.6 volts in a mechanical - lower in a regulated mod that cuts of at around 3.2-3.4 volts.
Do you need the multimeter - I'd say you do. I once vaped an IMR down to 2.5 volts without realising. I was able to check it with a meter.

there is no need to check is every time only for the first time:)
if you study your vape pace it would be a lot helpful in estimating the remaining voltage

all yo have to do is
you have calculate the vape time on fully charged battery @ desired ohms on coil and note down the time when the battery reaches 3.5v

a very useful device for measuring battery voltage, checking resistance of the coils and for shorts Digital Multimeter

18350 battery also has 4.2v when fully charged like the 18650 battery the only difference is the size and discharge rate.

18-diameter in mm
35-length in mm
0-shape (round)

i have come across a avg 18350 battery on FT

Thank you all for the very detailed info! That really helped a lot. Those testers look to be a good price. We looked the other day at a local store and the cheapest we found were 22.00

I read someone said something about getting a 2 cent fuse for these?? What's the purpose of that, and where would it go?

Just wanted to add..if there is some place that already has all the info I need to read up on, if Y'all don't feel like typing it up, just give me a link and I'll go do my reading. :) I don't mind doing my own research, just unsure where to get it from?

I'm back, i see you guys/girls had your fair share of fun in the other thread :p

Just to recap my experiences with FT for the new people that come to the thread, particularly international customers that don't have the benefit of choice between 1000's of US suppliers.

Innokin MVP - It's the real deal i received last thursday, i'm using an iclear16 that came in the box. It's sitting at 824 puffs and still showing green. For the price it's the best mod i have, lacks certain features like ohm check but it isn't a problem unless you are using RBA's which i have my SVD for :p

Juice - I recommend liqua from FT's selection or maybe some Hangsen flavors, the liqua is amazing for the price but don't expect "gourmet" flavors, they are pretty simple but good enough for my taste tho. (i'd recommend Mtbakervapor before any liqua tho, it's a dollar or so more expensive but much better imo)

Let's keep destroying our wallets :p

Puchox! It's been days since I've seen my ECF crush! Good to hear about the liqua.. I've seen chelle recommend it.. thinking if getting the tasty "red cow" liquid.. but i don't think it's liqua brand.

I'm 90% sure I'm going with the itaste VV V3 (not sold at FT) but i want an ohm reader and i love the compact size.

The Liqua version is called energy drink, I am enjoying a mix of it with menthol and either a dash of traditional tobacco or vanilla
