I'm joining in simply so I can get notifications of future posts. Don't really know what to say. I truly think it might have been better if this had been handled privately, but that's just an opinion.
Di, I have no gripes with you; never had. You do realize that the post by imeo is full of name calling, inferences to stupidity and other such rantings that one could easily see he is close to, if not already, way out of line. You honestly cannot see that in his words?

Bunny, I realize you adore the ground he walks on, and that is fine (no one is trying to take that away from you), but others see him as strange and very arrogant. Also many of what he promised and the truth of such an incredible unit, has many problems. How he responded to Kendra was wrong and rude. You have to take those blinders off once in a while. Kendra is right. Steve with PS gets reamed many times on the forum, and do you see the way HE handles himself? Obviously he bites his tongue and holds his own, but he does it very diplomatically and he doesn't sit there talking sex talk with every single woman customer.
Well, sometimes. I am glad he has Casey on board as she can deal with problems when Steve gets ticked off. Gives him a chance to settle down and get back to work. And, don't get me wrong, Steve is a stand up supplier.

Count me as a customer lost. I was considering the transformer, but I may not be smart enough to operate one. I didn't realize that a fundamental design flaw in a product I had nothing to do with designing or manufacturing could somehow turn out to be my fault if I were to buy one. That's an interesting take on customer service and product support. I wonder how it will fly with some of the accounts I manage...

there is nothing he will not do to help them.
Yes GG has problems,
it is a new device with new technology,
and like all the others, it has a glitch once in a while,
but as soon as a problem is discovered
it is immediately addressed .......
and so far there is not one that has not been fixed.

yes Steve does bite his tongue and control his self well
in some similar situations,
he has a cooler head for sure---
the mediteranean passion however
once aroused, - is hard to cool -----
some people posting on this forum are just too quick
to jump into other peoples business,
where if they minded thier own,
there would be not be all these fighting problems.
why dont we all just back off
