I love my GGTB. It is my smallest HV mod, fits right in my shirt pocket next to my phone.

Tomorrow, i have a meeting which will require a suit and tie, rare for me nowadays, and my only concern about bringing the GGTB along was, that when i use the Puresmoker 3ohms, which it loves, i sometimes get a slight weep of juice. Not a problem usually but with a pressed white shirt, it could be.

I decided to make a drip cup for it but what could I use on a GGTB? Anything short of solid gold would be an insult to the piece, Imeo and the GG community. Fortunately, i had a few pieces of Amboyna Burl, the most beautiul wood in the world in my opinion and the only wood i buy thats sold by the pound. Its very rare and fragile but the stuff i buy to make gun grips is "stabilized". That means its put in a high pressure vessel with epoxy and the epoxy is "injected" into the wood under extreme pressure. The result is natural wood with the resiliance of plastic.

Here is my final result. I hold it on with a couple layers of rubber cement, that way i can remove it for cleaning or for when i dont need it.

Now, i have to work on an Amboyna drip tip!

The camera really doesnt do the Amboyna justice but it really makes the GGTB stand out

Ζητω Marcelo!! Very nice thought and a very nice choose of material. I dont know anything about the material but if you say its good then it is, according to what you said about it.

I am very honored because you call me "φιλε" and that you drink ouzo. Even if I dont drink at all, its nice to see a USA man drink a Greek drink:):)

I grew up in a great neighborhood in North Jersey Imeo. It was 50% Italian, 25% German and the rest was a mixture of Irish, Greeks, Argentines, Cubans etc. It was a great place to grow up. We didnt have politcal correctness back then, we had respect, Love, and politeness that was taught to us by our parents. Everybody helped each other out, we had zero crime and little kids could play outside without worry. One of my best friends was Kyriakos Vergiris. He helped me with math, i helped him with English. Really a good friend. I remember he started to shave when he was 12! We were all envious. We also called him "the hook" because the girls would flock to him like birds. We would go to Paramus Park Mall on Fridays and turn him loose. He would always return with 3 or 4 girls...
