Lmfao..
That's all i got.
I would have kept my mouth shut just loled and walked away

Unfortunately that wasn't an option, he came up to our table as we were finishing our meals. We had an HR, a GEv1, red Zen sidewinder, Zen TI mini, a cobolt Zen mini, and a black Zen sidewinder. He was telling us there obviously wasn't a market for devices like ours because they're too expensive. Um, yeah, right.. whatever.

Interesting...

I know a lot of people are a fan of it but I've found the GUS and probably PAPS to be problematic(I've not used my paps):

1) The spring on the 510 end loses about .3 volts under load. The second the spring was gone the voltage picked up by .32.
2) The switch is hard to get into for cleaning, and cleaning it inside did reduce the resistance of the switch. That C-Clip in the GUS telescope is not easily user removable.

I'm a bit picky about passing current though, most people might not care or notice.

+1 about getting that C-clip off, both my gus tele and paps about drove me mad trying to get the switches apart  I dont get that much voltage drop though.

Yup, sharkhide is the shiz nit! I got mine from the coop too and I am loving it.

As far as the Gus telescopic goes, you can replace the spring with a small brass screw and get a tight fit with the 18350 without any rattle or gap in the telescope. I forgot the size of the screw but it should be easily found at most fastener stores. It just needs to be short enough with the right threads to get it to fit nicely in the hole.

+1 on this too, i did this on my gus tele, but the screw was too long to fit in the paps.

I'm waiting for a telescoping hybrid.
I think that's the way to go.
Unless there use one but i ain't seen it.

300...... aahhhh grruss beat me.

lol @ grruss :p yes you will wait.

Went out to a bar last night for a little going away party for a local vaper.. we got attacked by a "peddler" of crappy little e-cigs who spent half an hour telling us about the e-cig market. He had never heard of ECF. Was amusing and annoying as hell at the same time.

lol, details plz..... ian and i had lunch yesterday at old town, a group of ppl kept staring at us like we had crackpipes hanging out of our mouths

Unicorn...

full on unicorn

He probably walked out side and lit a cigarette.

How do you like it? I love mine, here she is in 18350 mode.
I decided to brush my tubes, but left the cap and switch polished, i think it looks spiffy
• sent from a janky iphone 5 :(

I bloody love it, its not been out of my Hand all day lol. yours looks stunning with the zen tank there.

I got the Sharkide in that co-op too, and I am really happy with it. It works very well on the iHy's. And brass! OMG it really wakes that up.

Nice GG, I know what you mean about the tubes not cheap for what they are. well just finished off nice, been put for tea and while surfing on the phone picked up a bliss V2 for the Paps :D

thats funny as hell fisty.
I would have just blown clouds of vapor his way as he was trying to concentrate on this peddling prowess of fail. :)
maybe offered him a vape or two with a spare tip.
I usually have 2 or 3 devices on me so I would have pulled out all of them and told him why they are better than what he had.

Man I would have had too much fun with that guy.

While we are at it: I have a Provari package and a mini DID that nobody wants even for cheap :(

I can't believe that price. Here in a couple weeks I'm going to try to sell my grey satin/blue LED Provari w/extension to get funds for a Synthesis. Hope I have better luck than you're having.

I know Sagewood was working on one as well. I don't know of any that you can purchase at the moment though. I'd be in for one or two when they do hit market. I think being able to see your wick and coil with the top cap on would just be neat. And in theory you would be able to vary your chamber size with a glass one to a degree, which could result in some variations in flavor or vapor production. I think it's a dang cool idea for sure.

The Trippy top cap is supposed to go into beta later this month.:)
I’ve been in contact with Sagewood about the top cap and they told me it’s not going to happen. :(

Ooooh no! Well that's quite the bummer to hear. Cool that someone is making one, but I am kind of partial to Sagewood's work. I'll still buy the other though, gotta give them a fair shake. Thanks for the info Duke.

You’re welcome, Misterkai said the problem was the glass was so thin and fragile he didn’t feel good about selling them.
