Jeeze. I have a problem. I can't stop ordering stuff. I keep telling myself to stop, I can't afford it. I keep buying things I just "need" to have. (29 gauge kanthal, aero base upgrade for my pt2, lots of juice from NicoTicket, more cartos from surevapes and a 19mm XL complete tank from Ibtanked, replacement grommets for rebuilding coils)... I can't stop. Lol. Now I'm going to repeat what I tell myself after every order... "I've got everything I need for awhile. I don't need to buy anything more for quite some time"... Here's hoping that this time it remains true.

I will probably get one of those IBtanked's at some point, but until I try out a few less-expensive carto-tanks to make sure I like them. But the 19mm is 4mm wider than the iTaste; wouldn't the 15mm tank be better?

Well...if you got the IBTanked first...you'd get a Thingy with it (the Thingy makes priming cartos much easier/quicker). Then you could use the Thingy with the later inexpensive CartoTanks you get.

I went for the 19mm for the VV V3 mainly because I'm lazy => less refilling. Capacities (ADD 1-2 ml. that is in the carto):

15mm Standard= 0.8ml
15mm XL = 1.2ml
19mm Standard= 1.5ml
19mm XL = 2ml

Penny, if and when you go the carto route, be sure to review some threads on how to fill the actual carto. The tank filling is helped immensely with the carto tool as it saves the o-rings from wear and tear. Key to the carto is "priming" or filling the tube. It is easy, but important so that you don't prematurely burn one.

Baditude's Cartomizer Tank Setup Guide:

See, now Kat and I have had very different experiences with Aspires. My experience with them has been marginal at best. But, that just shows it's all based on personal preferences and experiences.

Also...you can not dry-burn the Aspire BDC heads...it burns the plastic "cup" in them!!??!!

It would really be helpful if I could actually SEE any of this stuff in person and get a feel for what's involved. I didn't understand that a carto needs a tank, for example...which makes me realize that I have no idea what is is.

People actually "love" their IBTanked so much that there's a thread with their pictures:

(searching google madly for surevapes -- deal-prowling mode ON!)

Boge Mix'n'Match 5 Box Deal

Yea I really don't feel like VW is that important of a feature to have on a PV.

For me VW is the only setting I use. I have toppers running from 1.8Ω to 3.2Ω. I could, of course, play around with the VV each time I change a topper. But I'm lazy...so when I change a topper I leave the setting on the VW I'm using and just let the V3 figure out the new "appropriate" Voltage.

Only reason I find VW isn't quite for me is because I like certain flavors at higher volts and others lower and it's not that big a deal to adjust. I know I can adjust the watts as well but if I'm gonna do the same anyways, I'm more comfortable at volts. I can't stop buying stuff either, just got a mini vision spinner 400mah in rainbow and some 30 gauge kanthal and more coils and mini T3S and juice as well. We need it!

Some of my favorite karto "flavors" were complete mixing accidents! :D

Mine wasn't truly an accident, I was just too a) lazy and b) impatient to bother washing out the apple-cinnamon before I put my Virginia in it... and it was GRRRRRRRRRREAT! :D Now when I mix up my 8mg for daytime, I add a touch of those flavors at the same time... it's terrific!

Yep, I looked at those pics and some others on google... I see how nice it will look with one of those flared cones, and one of the rook driptips... I'm definitely getting the 19mm XL... end of May is 90 days smoke-free, and that's the present I'll be giving myself. Plus I'm hoping by then they'll have the old-gold rook tips back in stock. I'm thinking old gold caps and rook tip, and hopefully I can find a matching flared cone somewhere... and the black/gold light swirl. If they don't get the gold rooks back in stock, I'll still go with gold caps, but black rook and try to find a black flared cone, which might be easier than the old-gold color.

Hey, I wanted to ask -- is there an iTaste SVD thread? I can't find it, if there is. I'm thinking that might actually be the next thing I go to; I love this particular iTaste that I have now, so another with more capacity would surely be great, but I'd like to quiz some owners about its pros and cons. From what I can see, it looks awesome, all the specs and the actual look of it, and it's not TOO pricy; it has that removable battery feature that I like so much, but it's variable; best of both worlds?

The SVD is nice but has some serious issues. The power button falling is the most common. I see it starting on mine which I've had for about 3 weeks.

Yikes, and rats. Maybe I'll keep scoping out the Vamo v5. Saw a really decent price on it on eBay, and I like the way it looks, but someone said that the black chrome version, the black will flake off, leaving it mottled looking. I guess the silver chrome would do that also, if that's true, which leaves the stainless, and I already have one of those, my first vv3.

The thread for Innokin SVD ... One of the people said they went to a b & m and the SVD there had a hard stop versus the ones with the issue with a soft stop.

Good news as Vape 101 now has the VV3's back in stock for $25.99 and $1.99 shipping for the Express kit. Just order my 3rd VV3 this one in white.

Man, I so badly want to order the MVP 2.0. ... Such a good price, but so broke.

Also, returning my SVD if Fasttech accepts it back. They're supposed to, but we'll see. Really just want a cylindrical replaceable battery vv/vw mod that fires regularly. My power button is going to hell. It keeps sinking and firing less often. It's truly a shame as I flipping loved it when I first got it.

Edit: replaced tube mod that fires regularly with cylindrical replaceable battery vv/vw mod. (Thanks Kat)

If Fasttech gives you store credit, get an MVP. It just works. And works well.

I'm going for full refund. I really want a tube mod that goes to at least 15 watts. I am definitely going to get an MVP at some point, but I can't yet... Just a higher capacity, different shape version of the vv that I love so much.

Sometimes I like to give a little more power than either can handle.
